I got a suit stitched from them that was not stitced as per measurements. It is quite natural that a suit may not fit you properly and thats why one tries the suit before finalising. But, the worst part with the tailor was that, even after three tries, the discrepancy was not corrected. Not only this, the discrepancy continued even after 3 tries. In the end, I had to take the improperly stitched suit as it is as I could not just visit the shop taking leaves from my office just to visit the shop for endless tries. One of the worst experiences of my life. Neither will I ever visit them again nor recommend to anyone.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Place
This happened in October, 2023. I initially had high hopes after visiting this store. The staff seemed polite, and their dealing was decent, so I decided to get my suit stitched here. Unfortunately, things quickly took a turn for the worse.
1. Missed Deadlines: The suit was not ready on the promised date, even though I had called ahead to confirm. I made the trip to the store, only to be told it wasn’t ready. Okay, I thought, maybe a minor miscommunication. However, on the second promised date, I was made to wait two hours at the store while they brought the suit from another location – once again, despite calling ahead to confirm its readiness.
2. Poor Quality: When the suit finally arrived, the color of the fabric was not what I had chosen. I suspect it was stitched in a hurry on that very day, as the fit was tight, and the pants’ fabric felt cheap compared to what I had originally selected.
3. Unprofessional and Rude Behavior: When I pointed out these issues, the staff refused to acknowledge any mistakes and became hostile. Not once did they apologize or accept responsibility. Instead of resolving the situation, they were rude and dismissive throughout.
Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The product didn’t match what was promised, and the customer service was shockingly poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Since last forty years whenever I have to get stitched any pants or suits I go to Nizam, and never have any complaint, perfect stiching and timely delivery most of the times.

I just recently visited for the first time and they listened very carefully to me that how i need my outfit fittings i took around 20 minutes for explaining and they were not exhausted and listening continuously and finally when i got my outfits it was just beyond expectations

I got one suit stitched from Nizam in 2022, they offered that they can deliver worldwide. Sep30, I called Tariq from US and asked if I can get a suit, Kurtas/Pajamas delivered. I told Tariq, that I needed them for few events happening in Nov. I even bought "Italian" Fabric from them along with clothing for Kurta (claimed made in Turkey). I didn't ask for any discount and money was transferred same day, and finally Oct 30 we received package. Suit was manageable despite telling him that I needed bit more relaxed than previous fit. I had sent him pics of fitting for my Kurta, what I received was 2 inches off from shoulders and down and I can't even fit in it. Sent him a message and showed pictures on Oct 31, and on Monday he responded that his it was their fault and he along with his master will call me. Didn't hear anything after that, I sent him another message but I guess typical "Chalta hai" attitude and no respect for customer. Everything was ok till they found out they messed up the order and that can happen. But what matters is how a reasonable person deals with it to fix the problem. They tried to be extra sweet when selling something but at the end not worth it. Stay away from them, there are hundreds of other tailors who can get you much better experience. What this did was that I couldn't order online from another site as shipping would miss my events date. They should be ashamed .......

The worst experience ever at Nizam tailors, when you come to their store for the very first time, they’ll deal with you in best way possible and with each visit that communication level gets horrible.
Their dealing is just a disaster, also the stitching is okay okay only, quality of stitching is also very ok only.
All your mood will be spoiled, so please rethink before visiting this boutique.

Moreover they provide the article around the deadline of the event and you have no option but to pick the suit and pay them.
Wasted mine Rs17000 of fabric and Rs 10000 on stitch. Total Rs27000 for a garbage suit.

Nobody has the sense how to talk to customer.
Pathetic service and they even ruined the cloth for coat and refuse to accept it and have to audacity to blame the customer for it. And asking us to buy new cloth from us.
Please don’t waste your time and energy dealing with them. There are many other good boutiques in market.

If u r far from sector 17, never go to them. They never deliver on time and you may need to visit them multiple times. They even lose fabrics given to them for stiching. I am frustrated with them and will never go to them second time. Their charges are high and quality is low

Hello friends...had a great experience at this place had ordered for indo western and 3pc suit with fabric both were awesome and feel like dressed like a gentleman...Thank u so much the grace and fitting of the fabric nizam sir hats off to u...Friends I recommend to visit this place and experience once I know some of my friends were not satisfied but still once we need to experience and their ya time delivery is bit slow but for the perfection we need to spafe sometime...thank u once again and have a great time nizam sir thanks a lot for everything..

The most important aspect of a dress or suit is it’s “fitting”. That is what enhances the looks. The fitting done by Sajid of Nizam tailors for my suit and shirts was amazing. I enjoy wearing them.

Late delivery, clothes were dirty when delivered, extremely rude! When I tried to check the length of my dad's suite the main incharged said either I should let him check or stitch it myself.
Even after the delay the fitting was extremely bad, in the end we gave up n just collected the shirts with the bad fit.
Never going here again!

A old tailor of many decades in Sector 17. He is there since there was not much readymade available. Just next to India Coffee House where you get the best coffee of Chandigarh and you also get best snacks. Many old timers and youth love to visit India Coffee House. Sector 17 has many such wonderful places.

Not a very great fitting , i put zara suit as a reference keep in mind zara makes thousands of suits for so many sizes still make excellent fits but this is not the case for nizam. Not other concern though people are nice there.
