The stitching quality is outstanding, and the fitting was absolutely perfect. The staff is very polite, professional, and attentive to every small detail. They delivered my clothes on time, and the finishing was neat and classy.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rishi Tailor. I clearly informed him in advance that I would not be able to come back for alterations, so I requested him to ensure everything was done properly. I specifically asked for proper fitting and also requested him to add a dori using the extra blouse fabric.
Regarding the dori, he initially said that I would need to bring materials from outside. However, I clearly told him to make it using the leftover blouse fabric, and he agreed to this. He also assured me confidently that I should not worry and that there would be no complaints.
However, the final result was a complete disaster. The fitting is poor, and no dori was added at all. When I reminded him, he gave excuses and said they don’t provide dori, which is completely unacceptable—especially since he had already agreed earlier.
This is very disappointing because making a dori from leftover blouse fabric is common and easily done by other tailors, so it was definitely possible.
On top of that, he charges a lot, but the service is not at all worth the price.
What is even more upsetting is his rude behavior after the issue was pointed out. Instead of taking responsibility, he is now denying things and not cooperating at all.
Overall, very unprofessional service, poor workmanship, high charges with poor service, and rude attitude. I would not recommend this tailor at all.

At the time of your order, we clearly communicated our standard process regarding fittings and additional customizations. While we always try to accommodate special requests, certain additions like dori depend on material suitability and prior confirmation at the time of stitching. To the best of our knowledge, we did not deny cooperation at any stage and made genuine efforts to assist you.
Regarding fitting concerns, we always encourage at least one trial to ensure perfection. Since you had already informed us that you wouldn’t be available for alterations, we proceeded based on the measurements and instructions provided. In such cases, minor variations can occur despite best efforts.
We also take customer service very seriously, and it’s disappointing to hear that you felt otherwise. However, we strongly disagree with the claim of rude behavior or lack of cooperation, as we maintained communication and tried to resolve the concern.
We respect every customer’s feedback, but we also believe in presenting a fair and accurate picture. We remain committed to delivering quality work and are always open to resolving issues constructively.

At our store, we always try our best to understand every client’s requirements during the measurement and discussion stage. In certain cases, major design or structural changes after stitching is completed are technically not possible without affecting the overall finish of the garment. We do explain these limitations to maintain quality standards.
