I’ve had an amazing experience with Tailor point NAME Y M MASTER. Their stitching quality is impeccable, with perfect fitting, neat finishing, and great attention to detail. Every piece I’ve had made or altered here fits like a glove. The fabric handling, design suggestions, and timely delivery show their professionalism. Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Craftsmanship and Service I had a suit tailored here based on glowing recommendations from family friends, and I deeply regret that decision. The craftsmanship was absolutely unacceptable—not once, but twice. The first time, after taking my measurements online, they stitched the suit cut-to-cut. The coat wouldn’t close, the shoulders were completely off, and the pants were both too short and uncomfortably tight around the waist and thighs. That suit is now unwearable, and I’ve lost both the cost of the cloth and the stitching. Giving them a second chance, I physically visited their shop and even brought a perfectly fitting suit as a reference. While giving my measurements, I had to argue just to have them add a single inch for comfort. Despite my hesitation, I trusted their "free correction" offer. That trust was misplaced. The suit came back well past the promised delivery date and once again, it was a disaster. The pants were still short, the coat sleeves were inexplicably short, and the fit was completely wrong—tight in the shoulders and awkwardly loose in the midsection. They’ve ruined my fabric, wasted my time, and cost me money. This has been a frustrating and infuriating experience from start to finish. This is the worst place to get a suit stitched. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Absolutely not recommended.

Didn't have a good experience. Got a Kurta and a 3 piece suit with shirt stitched here in December. The fit was fine, but the quality of craftmanship was not good. It was expensive too. A local tailor will do better work. Didn't leave enough margin to expand the clothes as well. On top of that the tailor and the staff are not very courteous. Won't be visiting again. It's probably better to buy ready made from Jade blue or someplace similar and get it altered.

Very poor service.The tailor will not take the work in the shop and will say it cannot be done and will ask you to reach out to him externally.After doing that he will not provide the clothes on time and will keep delaying it till the end.Very high chances that he has rented your clothes outside.Will stop taking your calls and upon questioning he gets very rude and says do as you wish…Very very unprofessional behaviour.Will spoil your special day.If you dont want stress please dont reach out to him.Had to literally go and buy a new outfit just a day before in hurry.The name of the tailor is Kailash and shashank.

I want to express my gratitude for their cooperation with me. I had some important functions at my house and needed an outfit urgently. So I went to the store, explained my situation and they patiently listened and were quick to assist. They took my measurements, scheduled a fitting.The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I received my delivery right on time. Thank you!

Dint you hv 'zero' rating system. Such an unpleasant experience. Got 2 formal suits stitched here. Both great fit, but terrible quality of work. Both suits same condition. Total expense Rs 40000/- . Total waste. I had complained at counter and also written in register, but no action. Better avoid, go to some local darji.

Unprofessional staff, arrogant master tailor! My husband wanted to stitch three piece kurta set for which, we found tailors point’s fabric not worth spending on and asked them if they stitch outside fabric or not. They said CLEAR YES, they do and mentioned only stitching charges and told us 15 days delivery time. Later, we found same fabric from another fabric store at half of the price of tailors point. And then we went to tailor point for stitching. But the manners less staff denied taking fabric and said that we stopped accepting outside fabrics and even if we Take the order, we will only be able to give it to you after 2 months. I don’t understand if there ego got hurt or the staff is illiterate who don’t know how to build client relations. The tailor was not even understanding the design my husband wanted to make. Poor system and rude personnel!

For the first time I was going to give formal wear in stitching and I chose this place. I however had to cancel getting my uniform stitched, and informed the tailor that don't stich my material. For which he called and confirmed with the stitching department that my material was only cut and not stitched, so cancelling wouldn't be a problem. I went 10 days later to the shop, and the people handed me 2 pairs of stitched uniform. I had promised my company that I will submit in the material, now because of this people's LACK OF COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT I had to pay the uniform price, where I was not reimbursed by my company. The tailor completely said that it wasn't his responsibility and blamed others in department same with the manager of the showroom. Well, It was a mistake choosing you. And I highly don't recommend this place.

We got a Sherwani stitched and paid a huge amount for stitching and embroidery ...but they were so cheap to ask for few hundreds for a pocket square ..which is every where a part of cost paid. When we tried to reason out..they were extremely rude and unprofessional....a very bitter experience for us....Jade blue is any time better...

So I'm from the United States, came to Ahmedabad on a short trip and needed a suit asap. I came here, language was not a problem. They tailored a full suit for me quickly, but what impressed me is after the initial fitting I was ready to take it and go, but their tailor Master critiqued himself, wanted to make some minor adjustments to improve it and I wouldn't have even thought they would need improvement. Come back a bit later, the fit is perfect and I was good to go. 5/5 stars bang on job guys. Thanks!
