I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding an egregious lack of service and highly unprofessional conduct experienced at the Jade Blue store during an intended visit to purchase groom's wear.
Upon entering the premises, we were left unattended for a period of ten minutes, despite the clear purpose of our visit. This failure to assign a sales associate or provide immediate assistance is unacceptable, particularly given the significance and cost associated with this category of merchandise.
The situation was further compounded by the interaction with the floor manager, Ruchi. When questioned regarding the lack of staff presence and accountability, her response was dismissive and demonstrated a profound lack of professionalism. When asked to identify the store manager, she exhibited an astounding level of disrespect, directing me to "google it." This attitude is utterly unacceptable from a managerial employee and reflects poorly on the entire store's commitment to customer service.
The overall experience was extremely poor and constitutes a critical service failure. Immediate action is required to address both the operational lapse on the floor and the management staff's conduct.
One star for the A/C. 😉

Big thanks to the Jade Blue team for their excellent customer service. I purchased a Jodhpuri suit for my wedding function, and despite the urgency, they managed to get it altered within just 30 minutes. This is the best place to buy good quality clothes in Ahmedabad. They always have nice designs and great fit. I specially liked their chinos and formal shirts collection.
Their tshirt collection is also very nice but needs more improvement.
Their ethnic wear and tuxedo collection is unreal. A must shop destination while shopping for weddings and formal events.
The staff is always very humble and helpful. They are eager to help and suggest good combinations. The staff makes the shopping experience a very premium experience. I’ve been shopping at this location since last 10 years and it has been consistently great experience.
If you go to shop there, please ask for Harishbhai in the formal department. He was really great in suggestions different combinations, setting up different size clothes to try and and even help getting the highest discount. A true gentleman that makes the shopping here a complete destination.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality, Wasted Time & Rude Behavior
I purchased a kurta from JadeBlue, Bodakdev, and within normal use it shrunk and the astar (lining) came out. When I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging a clear quality/manufacturing defect, the staff insisted that cutting the astar would resolve it.
I clearly told them not to do that, as the entire kurta had already shrunk and cutting the lining would only worsen the fit. Despite this, they ignored my instructions and cut the astar anyway, making the kurta short, ill-fitting, and completely unusable.
I complained again, after which they wasted an additional 15 days assuring me it would be corrected. Unfortunately, the result was exactly the same—they did not listen to me at all. In the end, the kurta was so damaged that I had no option but to throw it away.
What made the experience completely unacceptable was the rude, argumentative, and disrespectful behavior of the customer representative, who spoke rudely not only to me but also to my entire family during the discussion. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no genuine effort to resolve the issue.
I have been a loyal customer and have purchased many outfits from JadeBlue earlier, but this incident has destroyed my trust. Poor product quality, wasted time, and extremely unprofessional customer service are not expected from a brand like JadeBlue.

I have been a customer of Jade Blue for atleast 10 years now. Have always appreciated their work. However, the last time I shopped there I had ordered around 7 pants from them and the stitching was very tight and they even got the length of the pants wrong. When I asked them to alter the pants they took the pants and returned the same pants without altering them. I have no idea why they would do such a thing with their log time customer.
