In this regard, we approached SV BOUTIQUE, Sujatha Nagar, with trust and high expectations. Initially, they behaved very politely, but later we experienced the worst and most disappointing service. They completely damaged my saree worth ₹15,000. When I requested them to correct and re-stitch the blouse, they refused and said it was not possible. I even offered to remove the threads myself so they could remake it properly, but still they did not support or cooperate. The most painful part is that they behaved as if the money was not ours, but theirs. There was absolutely no respect shown towards elders when they visited and spoke politely. Instead of understanding customer pain and thinking with basic humanity, they behaved very cruelly and irresponsibly. They even said they would “resell the blouse,” which was extremely shocking and unacceptable. They also kept the costly saree borders and refused to return them. After all this, they stopped answering our calls completely. This is not how genuine businesses treat customers. Very unethical, insensitive, and unprofessional behavior.
