This tailor is almost great reputed. My wife got her sreemantham blouse stitched here with heavy design. Both the delivery and the cost are relatable here. And they deliver on time when we have priority occasion. I would recommend for heavy work stitching as well.

outright disrespectful, shockingly rude, and completely dismissive of any customer concerns. Communication was nonexistent—they either ignored me or responded with sheer arrogance. My garments were delayed far beyond the promised date with zero accountability. They blatantly disregarded my clear instructions, missed multiple deadlines, and acted as if I was the problem for expecting basic professionalism. The level of incompetence and rudeness was beyond unacceptable—it was infuriating.

Irresponsible behaviour in customers not even listen. While taking the order instead after that work done he will tell when u said like this. For this it will extra. Will not come in this money. Very worst speaking levels. His staff members will listen to customers while taking the order but they will not say properly to their masters. Very reclassness behaviour.

As time goes on, there has been drastic change in way of speaking of Owner. He talks very rudely now-a-days. Dont hav enough patience to listen & understand wat customer needs. They talk & act as if they are providing free service, inspite of charging hefty price & long delivery time... leaving customer very unhappy and not stitching accordingly to wat we ask of. But instead argue in disrespectful tone that what they did was absolutely right even though they at fault. Zero respect & patience for long term customers also. Zero humility & humbleness No etiquette or respect while speaking to person No point in visiting this tailor again !!!

Very irrespective,Drastic change in way of speaking of Owner.Dont have enough patience to listen & understand wat customer needs.They talk & act as if they are providing free service, inspite of charging high price. Shouting like a hell upon the customers. Without listening to the customer words. Zero humblness. No point to visit their store. They will not give delivery in time inspite telling and shouting upon the customers that they don't said properly about the design. As customer shows the reference pic. Worst experience ever

I have been a customer of rupa tailors for more than 4 years and given many orders since then including for my wedding. He was the best at that point. His behavior has changed during my last visit and is speaking rudely with customers. He doesn't stitch as per the specifications and doesn't concentrate when we explain what we need. Nowadays, he is late in his delivery too. It would be a waste of cloth and as well as money which my experience had taught me. Can't even imagine how his behavior would be with new customers, if he is speaking this way with the old.
