Absolutely the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life. I placed an order with Tailorbird expecting a basic level of professionalism, but what I got instead was a complete disaster. The delivery was delayed for almost ONE YEAR. Yes, an entire year for a single dress. There was no proper communication, no accountability, and no sense of responsibility from their side. Every time I tried to follow up, I either got vague excuses or no response at all. After waiting for such an unreasonable amount of time, I finally received the product — and it was beyond disappointing. The stitching was poorly done, the finishing was careless, and the overall quality did not match what was promised. It looked rushed, unprofessional, and nowhere near worth the wait or the money I paid. This entire experience was not just inconvenient but also embarrassing for me personally, as I trusted this service and recommended it based on their claims. Instead, I ended up being completely let down. A business that cannot manage timelines, fails to communicate honestly, and delivers substandard work should seriously rethink how it operates. Customers are not here to be ignored or taken for granted. I would strongly warn anyone considering Tailorbird: do not expect timely delivery, do not expect quality, and do not expect proper customer service. This has been a complete waste of time, money, and trust. Highly disappointed. Never ordering again.
