I recently visited Huma Ladies Tailor in Tandalja, owned by Mr. Mubarak Patel, and I had a truly wonderful experience. His behavior and knowledge are excellent. I went there to get clothes stitched for my two sisters, bhabhi, mother, and wife for Ramadan Eid. All the ladies had some confusion about patterns and sizes, but Mubarak bhai explained everything very clearly. He suggested designs and styles according to each person, and all his suggestions were highly appreciated by my family. Later, I came to know that they also stitch gents’ clothes, so I gave my and my father’s clothes as well. I stitched a Pathani suit using Armani fabric, which is currently trending. The finishing and fitting of the clothes were absolutely perfect — words are not enough to praise their work. He delivered all the ladies' clothes before the promised time. He is truly a man of his word — he promised early delivery and fulfilled it. Everyone in my family loved the clothes. For me personally, he arranged a special trial session so I could check the fitting before finalizing, especially because my body size changes during Ramadan. I truly appreciate that thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Mubarak bhai, for taking such good care. He is a very honest and sincere person. Yes, the rates may be slightly higher than some other places, but the quality of work he provides is worth every rupee — I don’t think anyone else can deliver this level of finishing. After completing all the clothes, they even delivered them to our home through a porter. Their customer handling and relationship-building skills are excellent. We’ve been getting our clothes stitched by Mubarak bhai for a long time, and the experience is always excellent. From blouses and kurtas to anarkalis, pants, and more, everything is stitched with perfect fitting and clean finishing. He understands exactly what we want, and gives helpful suggestions. But the only thing we struggle is his time. We have faced issues with timely delivery of the stiched apparel. And there are times where the apparel isn't delivered or altered on time.
