I am absolutely thrilled with the work blouse. I had made here! The tailor has a magic touch and took the time to the quality of the stitching is superb. Fast ,professional and very high-quality,work.i needed a blouse altered for a big presentation, and they delivered on time without compromising quality. Very courteous service and highly skilled at tailoring modern, professional. Amazing experience! The tailor really knows their stuff. My work blouse turned out even better than I expected comfortable , professional ,and fits perfectly.

Not recommended.very unprofessional and rude. I wish I could respond to that but I can't hence adding more details here. Is there a time mentioned anywhere on your shop billboard? Was the closed sign there? Otherwise I would have not entered. You had customers Inside. It's ok to ask people to come another day but the way you said was rude. Improve the way you speak.

They are very unprofessional and very rude with clients ... they don't care about his clients time .. we was going today and asking about our cloths so his staff talking with me very rudely and also not get a good experience... I'll suggest to everyone don't go this place ... me and my friends never visit again this boutique....😡😡😡

I stay in sevasi and wanted some blouses stitched urgently for a wedding. my neighbour suggested this place. Gave one blouse piece . Sadly, i was put off by the owner's arrogant reply and didn't bother to get my other blouses done there. But I have to admit that the one blouse I got stitched there was a perfect fit with an amazing finish!
If you are ok with that attitude, this is the place to get your stuff stitched! The one star is less only because of that.

Hi, sorry if you felt that way, but we didn't mean it. It was our lunch time, even the door had a "closed " sign. You were told the delivery time after 5 p.m., but you still showed up at 2pm without calling and started complaining that your blouses were not ready. We value our customers, and we tend to give them the best service. 🙏

The most pathetic and unprofessional tailor, treat customers like garbage and so much of attitude. On top of that do not deliver blouses as per commitment and pathetic stiching. DO NOT EVER VISIT or be reay to experience his trash behaviour.

Medam aapko aaj (20/10/2024) ka delivery date diya tha, aaj sunday shop ka time (10:00am to 1:00pm) bill or google me mention he. Shayad aapne dekha nahi or aap abhi 3:30pm shop par delivery lene aaye to shop close he. Shop close hone ke karan aap mere staff se wrong behaviour karne lage. Jiske chalte muje lunch karte huye aadhe lunch se uthkar aapko delivery dena pada. Or me jab aapko shop time batane lagi to aap bahut galat tarike se bat karne lag gaye. I have already cctv footage.
Medam Aapko shop close hone ke bahjud delivery mil gayi or aap ase galat review de rahe ho.
Jaruri nahi ki aap koi bhi jagah apne time ke mutabik jao har jagah ka alag alag rules hota he.
Google ne aapko adhikar diya review dene ka to eska galat instemal na kare
Aage se kahi jao to rules follow jarur karna
Baki ase hi juthe blame karte rahe jaoge..or reviews dete rahoge.. or rahi bat hamare fitting or behaviour ki to 12+ years se ham he yaha ase hi nahi he..

Very much pathetic service. No perfect feeting.
I have given my clothes on 1st of November 2020 and I didn't get ready till 23rd November 2020 as they give me commitment clothes will be ready on 13th November 2020.
I visited shop [ opposite bansal mall] 15 times but no one is available over there, shop was closed all time.
They all are not co operative at all.
First of all communicate with your maam and reply me. What you mean to say
Aapki maam ke family me kisi ki death ho gai hai to mere ghar me function cancel kar du me?
Muje clothes 13th of Nov ko dene ka commitment diya tha jo muje 19th of November Mila delivery , and you mean to say time par delivery mil gai thi?
Mene jo size diya tha wo size ka banaya hota to re feeting me dena he kyu padta muje?
Jo latakan lagane wapis dena pada use pehli baar me kyu nahi bana ke diye? Jab ki latkan ka extra charge advance me he le liya tha?
And by the way what is your lunch time?
I have visited store 15 times
10 AM, 12.30 PM, 5PM, 3 PM, 6PM, 8PM,
At which time someone visit shop?
After all I request your maam please co operate and give my clothes return there is function at my home.
