Not impressed with same apparel having 2 tag prices and then offering discount so that price ends up at lower tag price.. Found such tags in all apparels we bought .. means it’s done purposefully to “scam” customers and am surprise brands like “Arrow” & “BlackBerry” allow it to happen..extremely disappointed and shall share this information with everyone I know.

An experience as bad as it can get - Sachin's boasts an impressive collection of suits, trousers and shirts, and their sales staff does a fine job—but that’s where anything good ends.
My recent experience was a nightmare from start to finish. After purchasing a suit, blazer, and trousers and entrusting them for alterations, I found myself returning to the store *four times* to fix their mistakes, only to be forced to finally accept shoddy work due to lack of time.
1. The alterations were completely botched. The so-called "master tailor" dismissed the clear issues, arrogantly insisting, "this is just how trousers are."
2. They left the marking chalk on the fabric, showing no respect for the customer's purchase.
3. When I finally picked up my items, the new trousers were crumpled and unpressed. When I mentioned this, I was told by 'Aslam' that pressing them was "pointless" because they would crease again once folded.
Their service can only be described as pathetic. It’s appalling that they still hold any reputation in the market. Speaking with the owner made it clear there was zero accountability or interest in addressing customer concerns. They simply didn’t care. Avoid this place at all costs.

Pathetic experience. I am a repeat customer but had a horrible experience. Bought 4 items. 2 Tuxedos for which pants were to be altered. When we went to pick up, they misplaced the pants and could not find it anywhere and made us sit for more than an hour. I also had a kurta with koti where 1 button was missing so they said they would stitch and give back. At the time of pick up, we noticed all 4 buttons have been changed to something else, and they dont even mention about it until we noticed and pointed it out. Very sad I selected this shop for wedding shopping. Avoid, there are a lot of other options elsewhere.

Sachin’s is great. I went there for clothes. I was able to spend $291 dollars in 30 minutes. They modified and tailored my clothes in less than 2 business days. Sachin’s is great, I would recommend them to anyone who wants a seamless experience.

Sachin is the best place to shop If you are looking for authentic wear for weddings, I would suggest to stop by Sachin in Alkarupri Vadodara . Staff here is very much welcoming and the rates are also reasonable. It just took us 1 hour for the selection , and we were good to go ! They have such good collections.

Recommend Pooja plus instead of Sachin’s as they have very high range of collection with low quality. Worst customer service.
I have visited Sachin’s they shows one sherwani of rs 27000 and better than that I have bought from Pooja plus of rs 17500 with dupatta,Mala and they also give 2 body spray.

I bought a suit here. Both the jacket and pants needed alterations. The suit was ready in a few days and was a perfect fit. I was told that pants will take some time as it needed quite extensive fixes and due to my travel schedule, they had offered to deliver at a local address. Mr. Mayur Bhai promptly called me when it was ready and delivered it at home on a SUNDAY. Now that kind of service deserves 5 stars and a special shoutout to Mr. Mayur Bhai. Will be repeat customer for sure.

Worst experience. Seems like the sales representatives are not at all interested in selling material. I was there for 1-1.5 hour and none of the sales person was that interested to sell the material.
One sales representative told that he will inform me in 2 hours for the availability but he didnt called.
Riyasat is far much better than Sachin. Learn from them atleast. They know how to treat their customers and they know how to sell.
Worst experience. Dont purchase anything from Sachin.

Sachin showroom was a complete letdown. The salesperson's demeanor was shockingly rude, as if their limited collection was a cover for their lack of professionalism. They boast about having all types of articles, but the reality is far from it. The sparse inventory coupled with their disrespectful behavior paints a picture of false advertising and disrespect towards customers. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly while browsing through a meager selection

Worst customer service. I bought jodhpuri suit & went for taking delivery today , I was asked to go upstairs & waited there for long time, no one attended. While coming out I expressed my anguish on counter, they are unappologistic. Very bed experience, I would not go again and also not recommend others.
