Very disappointing experience with Gaurav.
We approached him for a sample before placing a bulk order of 300 pieces. Unfortunately, it took 7 days just to make one sample, which is highly unprofessional.
The sample quality was extremely poor. The sleeves are uneven, fitting is incorrect (even for XL size), and basic things like buttons were not attached. This clearly shows no attention to detail or quality control.
On top of that, Gaurav’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional during communication. Charging ₹400 for such a poor-quality sample is completely unjustified.
I would not recommend working with him if you expect quality or professionalism.
