Worst experience ever! Avoid this branch.
I live in Europe and already own really good Italian style suit.
I wanted a 4 piece suit Italian style, so went to this branch of Raymond's. They messed up my back, shoulder and under arm measurements, and instead of correcting it even after 5 meetings, in the end they tried to sell that product to me saying that this is how it is made, and I don't know how a suit fits. They wasted my time and I couldn't get an Indian made suit in the end as I had to fly back.
Staff was friendly and nice, but you are not going there for friendly staff but for a good suit.

I went 1st time to this shop to have a look for any new collections but i felt very strange, the whole staff was very rude, they don't even notice the customer properly.
Not even a smile, nothing.
Generally the sales persons, staff asks, what are you looking for,etc.
Felt like higly egoistic staff n sales team.
There are many shops in market, business needs good behaviour n good attitude. Shops are for & due to customers.
Wastage of time.
