!!Dishonest, Irresponsible & Mentally Harassing!!
Booked an outfit on 6th Jan, paid 50% advance, promised delivery by 16th Jan for a wedding trip on 24th Jan. On delivery day, I was lied to about my phone number truth was they didn’t even have the fabric and never informed me.
After endless false promises and excuses, the person vanished, ignoring 50+ calls, including on the morning of my flight. When I finally went to the shop, the outfit was poorly done and I was met with arrogance, zero accountability, and rude remarks instead of an apology.
Advance was refunded, outfit not taken.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy delays, lies, and mental harassment.

Worst stitching. I Never had such a bad experience with any tailor shop in Surat yet . Below standard stitching . They have zero knowledge about stitching . Wastage of money. They spoiled my entire set of uniform

Only false promises. He takes 50% in advance thn keep rolling u untill ur last date so at last anyhow u have to take what ever ugly outfit he has made. Dishonest and fake person

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
I placed an order two months before my event and paid the full amount upfront. Even after waiting all that time, my order still wasn’t ready. The person in charge, Anwar, kept making false promises and never delivered on them. Every time I tried calling for updates, he either ignored the calls or didn’t respond at all.
This was a complete waste of my time and money. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable service. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this shop.
