Yesterday evening, we visited Jade Blue to shop for my friend’s wedding outfit, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience! ✨👔 The store has an excellent collection with a wide variety of stylish and elegant options perfect for wedding occasions. From traditional wear to modern designs, everything was well-organized and appealing.
What impressed us the most was the reasonable pricing 💰 without compromising on quality. The fabric, fitting, and designs were truly worth it. The staff behavior was absolutely amazing 🙌—very polite, helpful, and attentive. They patiently understood our requirements and suggested great options, making the entire shopping process smooth and enjoyable 😊.
The overall ambience of the store was also very comfortable and premium, which added to the experience. We never felt rushed and got enough time to explore different choices. My friend found the perfect outfit, and we all were extremely happy with the final selection 🎉.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our visit and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for wedding or occasion wear 👍. It’s definitely a great destination for quality shopping with excellent service. Will surely visit again! 😊🛍️

Very poor services. Management is very bad. I went there for 1-2 lakh shopping for marriage due to kamlesh bhai. When I went there they said kamlesh bhai was removed from shop. I am an advocate. Strict action should be taken against them.

I have always liked the brand Jade Blue for its collection and quality, but unfortunately, my recent experience with your service was very disappointing.
For both me and my father, your team took measurements around 4–5 times, yet we still did not receive properly fitted outfits or accurate measurements. This caused a lot of inconvenience and disappointment, especially when we trusted your brand for important outfits.
We also visited your store after receiving a call from your team saying that our outfits were ready. However, when we came for the trial, the pant for the outfit was not even stitched only the fabric was available. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
Even after giving my measurements thrice, I still could not receive a properly fitted outfit by the deadline. At the last moment, I finally received my outfit when only a few hours were left for the event. Because of this, I did not even get enough time for a proper trial and had no option other than wearing the outfit as it was.
Apart from this, we were also not provided with proper bags for our outfits, and even those bags had to be requested separately. Such small details also matter in customer experience.
Previously, when we visited your store, a salesperson named Kamlesh Bhai assisted us. He provided excellent service, proper suggestions, respectful communication, and ensured that our outfits were delivered correctly and on time. Since he is no longer working with Jade Blue, we genuinely feel a noticeable decline in service quality.
Now, because of this experience, we honestly do not feel motivated to shop from Jade Blue again. We expect a premium brand to provide accurate fittings, proper customer handling, timely delivery, and a smooth shopping experience.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your customer service, tailoring accuracy, and delivery management so that other customers do not face the same issues.

Visited Jade Blue with genuine interest in shopping, but the experience was extremely disappointing because of the staff’s behaviour. The employees seemed irritated whenever we asked to see different outfits, as if displaying clothes to customers was creating a burden or “mess” for them. Ignored the statement of the staff once but he repeated the statement again as if we were buying the article for free.
A showroom exists for customers to explore options before buying, and respectful service is the bare minimum expected. Instead of helping with patience and courtesy, the staff made us feel uncomfortable for simply doing normal shopping.
Good collections mean nothing when customer service is this poor. Management seriously needs to train the staff on how to behave professionally with customers.

I walked into JadeBlue in Surat and the collection was great. I selected 4-5 different pieces and they tailored all of them perfectly and even hand delivered it to my hotel in Mumbai.

I bought a Jodhpuri suit. They promised alteration in 4 days. But did not made it.
Even after calling multiple times they are just saying that “ wait 5 minutes” and hang on.
No service. It costs me almost 19000₹ for that Jodhpur.
