I have had the worst experience with them, they made a bottle green pheran suit for 14k and trust me by almighty that's not worth 5k i had to go to my tailor to correct the stitching, I usually don't get time for posting the rating reviews but honestly I m so frustrated by thr product I had to make time n come here to give them zero star.. They are seriously over rated, you can definitely get these products readily done from downtown and other areas. You will be punished by Allah for cheating me in sha Allah.

Please share ur bill details, we ll look into the matter, also we have had zero communication on grievances with the name u are posting review from..
If there is some issue on fitting or some real problem, u should have communicated to us.. We provide instant refunds and exchanges or if its on order we get it done..
However we know what we do and what we earn, if u are real and getting same for 5k u have been cheated by the vendor providing u same goods

Pastau is my go to place for authentic and exclusive phirans and pashmina suit sets. I always get loads of compliments whenever I adorn outfits by Pastau. The team is extremely helpful and shipping is very quick. I am based out of Delhi. And yet they have customised my outfits better than giving measurements in-person. Highly recommended. All the very best.

Had a visit yesterday and happened to like the chandelier and I was trying to click a picture and suddenly someone sitting at the desk interrupts me saying what are you doing it’s not allowed . So I said I was trying to have a picture of the chandelier .I mean without asking this woman out there who claimed to be the owner pounced at me for nothing . It was my first visit to this place and unfortunately such people need to focus more on mannerism before getting into the business they run .
