Nine of my shirts were ruined by their "excellent craftsmanship." Despite multiple visits and repeated assurances, the issues remain unresolved. To make matters worse, several shirts that were promised for delivery on 29 May have still not been returned. The complete disregard for quality, accountability, and customers' time is astonishing. What should have been a straightforward tailoring service turned into a frustrating exercise in chasing updates and seeking repairs that never materialized. I would strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their garments to this establishment.

Recently I visited this (Royal Concept) place for shopping, I find finest collection in textile and readymade kurtapajamas. Perfect finishing for tailoring items, well behaved staff everyone is speaking politely and suggest good dressess and stuffs. I suggest everyone being this place for shopping and feel the difference you will get value for your money.,❤️❤️❤️

I recently visited Royal Concept for shopping—while the fabric and variety of items are quite good, the experience was spoiled by the rude and arrogant behavior of the staff. When I inquired politely about discounts ,mentioned that the price seemed a bit high, I was abruptly told, “Why don’t you see the tag first? You should have seen it before speaking to us.” This kind of attitude is disappointing, especially in a customer-facing business. A little courtesy goes a long way. I’d advise future shoppers to check prices carefully beforehand, and don’t expect friendly service.

Very bad experience because on 27 April 2024 I put my cloth for stitching there and the rate at that time was 850 Rs but without informing the new rate, when I came for my shalwar kameez on 8 May 2024 they made the bill of 944 Rs. While conving the same to there manager he said I can't do anything. More over the stitching was as normal as the other Tailors do even my regular tailor do better stitching then them. It was my first experience and I recommend everyone don't waste your hard earned money on these so called Royel shops where they just don't care about your service after getting the payment. I don't understand for what they are charging that much charges.
