Highly recommend F E Paul & Sons! I’ve had multiple suits and traditional dresses stitched here over the years, and the experience has always been incredibly positive. They have a fantastic selection of high-quality fabrics, and the tailoring fit is always spot on. A special shout-out to Furqan for his warm hospitality, great treatment, and for always ensuring everything is delivered right on time. Easily one of the best spots in Srinagar for custom wear.

I purchased three suits from this shop in the last 15 days, so I expected a reasonable level of courtesy as a returning customer. During my recent visit, I bought another suit and mentioned that it was meant to be a gift, also it wasnt as costly as the previous ones. I politely requested a gift box. At first, it seemed like they might provide one, but then they refused.
I again explained that I needed it, but by that time the suit was already cut for alterations, so I couldn’t cancel the purchase. I was honestly shocked by the way the situation was handled. I reminded them that I had purchased three suits from them very recently, and simply offering a box and then refusing it felt highly unprofessional.
What truly upset me was not the refusal but the disrespectful behavior of the cashier. His attitude, and lack of basic manners were unacceptable. This was very disappointing, especially because my previous experience with Uncle Paul was kind and pleasant. I don’t know who was at the cashier this time, but the behavior was shocking.
This was not about a gift box , it was about how poorly I was treated as a customer. Because of this experience, I will never purchase from here again, and I will not recommend this shop to anyone.

Very disappointing experience at this shop. I went there to buy a suit as a gift, but the owner’s behavior was extremely rude and humiliating simply because we did not want to purchase the most expensive suit. What made it even more hurtful was that I had already made expensive purchases from this shop just last month. Customers deserve respect regardless of their budget. I truly regret visiting this place again.
