Zaiankote is a peaceful and developing area with good connectivity and daily convenience. The locality has a friendly environment, decent markets nearby, and is suitable for families as well as working professionals.

It's a big old village situated on the higher level from the famous wet land Hoker Sar. It's an old type of a village with narrow lanes and a main street going through the village. The village got popularity with the then H. M. T watch factory 3rd manufacturing watches with a good number of about 1200 employees. Moreover there's an Industrial estate in this area.
