Very disappointing experience. 1. Despite charging such premium stitching rates, they take weeks sometimes nearly a month to deliver, which is unreasonable. 2. The major issue for which I stopped going to them is their rude behaviour when I called to enquire about present rates, I was told to come to the store. If you do not wish to respond to customers over the phone, then there is no point in displaying a contact number online. Because of this discourteous attitude, I have completely discontinued using their services and would not recommend them to others. They seem to rely n their old name rather than maintaining good customer relations. There are now many newer tailoring shops in Ranchi that provide better service, are more courteous to customers and value people's time.
