I am a regular happy client of RGS. They always have such unique collection and designer pieces that are exclusive in taste. The Ambiance is soo rich and welcoming plus to top it all their staff are extremely polite and gracious. Amitbhai is Awesome in nature and always takes wonderful care of me. Bharatbhai and Kevinbhai are also very nice in nature. Whenever I come here I leave with a happy and joyous heart.

We saved two dresses for our Daughter in laws which we were supposed to pick today as we got the exact size today, even the sales man knew we were trying to contact our daughter in laws as a time difference we couldn’t get hold of them. But today we got hold of them and as promised the sales man said he would keep it a side and saved the dresses. When we went today we saw the dress on the counter and he deliberately throw under the counter and said to us I sold those two dresses, how could he do this and he was very rude. I can describe him he had a big Red spot in his forehead. I would not recommend any one to go there. At RGS Rajkot. Then I told the other guy of the shop that this thing happened, I think the owner of the shop must know this and he should look into this matter seriously. As we are Foreigners he thought to cheat us by saying he sold our selected dresses, shop would have earned today nearly 15-20 thousand rupees but they lost it due to this Nasty person. I request the manager of the shop and the owner to look into this matter seriously.We would never step into this shop or never recommend any one.
Sales man was a lier, he never said leave a deposit, And one thing I mentioned to write that we tried to call several times but the phone was engaged Constantly, We saw the same dress what we chose on the counter and he deliberately threw Under the counter.and we came at 5.30-6.00 Pm not 8 O’clock . He is totally lier. He never said to leave deposit otherwise we would have left the deposit.
It was your shops loss not ours . He knew we were phoning our daughter in law.
Well this is not the way you treat your customers. My niece’s wedding shopping all we did was in your shop, being such a famous shop how could you do this. It was too hot so we came in late at 5.30.
Plus we were on Jamnagar Road for lunch and it’s too far from your shop.

V sad to read about this unfortunate experience u had at my store. I sincerely apologise for the rude behaviour on behalf of my staff as u felt so. Yes I got to know the details about the whole matter. We have a policy of small token amount to be deposited if u wish to keep articles aside which was informed to u and u were not comfortable paying … we totally understand that . Again u had informed the salesman that will come by 11 am next day so the articles selected were kept aside till 1 pm . If u were interested in buying we would expect a phone call regarding the change of the time that u would like to come for purchases. And just for ur knowledge the selected dresses were sold just minutes before u visited in the eve around 8 pm. Next day .We r here to serve u with responsibility but that works both ways. Again sorry for this 🙏

Came all the way from Pune to shop for bandhni and lehengas and it was absolutely worth the trip. Ketan was genuinely amazing, honest, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He guided us through everything and made the whole experience effortless.
