They try to dupe customers. No value for money. Their stiching is good but clothing is too expensive, so price is way higher then quality.
But the most important thing same cloth is priced differently to different customers seeing the face value.
They seriously need more ethics in selling. The sales man Anand at Shastri Market just keep boasting about his owner and create fake scenarios and at the time of delivery they even forget their commitments.
They will ask a price saying we will do hand embroidery and all other hand work but won't share details and photographs even after the booking is made and when you will see the final product the hand work and other stuff shall be too less compared to what was promised at the time of purchase. So basically they again charge customers extra

Very Disappointing Experience
We had an awful experience at this store. The collection of men's shirts and kurtas is very limited, and the items they do have are priced significantly higher—more than double—compared to what’s available online.
We went there to exchange a product, but they refused to give us a refund. In the end, we had no choice but to donate the leftover amount to the shop because we couldn’t find anything worth buying. Extremely disappointing and unfair policy.

Return & exchange policy is always in discretion to shop, and it’s a standard policy for almost all the ethnic store globally which was also mentioned in the bill provided while purchase.
Regarding kurta & shirt collections, we are proud of versatile boutique collection from the top designers globally, whereas our pricing also matches the same.
Regarding this case ma’am, garments purchased during discounts period are strictly non exchangeable, but because of gifting purpose, we made an exception, regarding your balance fund, credit note has been issued & shared to you, anytime you can use that credit note.

Prices are too high. Same cloth same design they will charge differently to various customer. If customer is wealthy they sell the same cloth at price 50 percent up.
There fitting is good but there are charges are too high. During wedding season they will pressurise the customer that we have too much orders we cannot complete, but they do it in 3-4 days also . So they create fake scenarios in front of customer and they have very low order book.
