Dear Team, I am a regular customer of Raymond and have always trusted your brand for premium quality fabrics and tailoring services. Whenever I choose Raymond, I do so because of the brand value, reputation, and the expectation of receiving a high-standard finished product. However, I am genuinely disappointed with my recent experience. I have paid a premium amount for stitching and tailoring services, along with purchasing branded Raymond fabric. When a customer spends ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 on a single shirt, naturally he expects proper finishing, quality accessories, and professional service. Unfortunately, in my case, the shirt buttons provided were very ordinary/local quality and not up to the standard expected from a brand like Raymond. Small details such as proper branded buttons, finishing, fitting, and presentation matter a lot for customer satisfaction. Apart from this, whenever I tried to communicate my concerns, I did not receive a proper response. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I felt that my concerns were being avoided or answered casually. This is something I never expected from a reputed brand outlet like yours. As a loyal customer, I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply expect the quality and service standards that match the premium pricing and reputation of Raymond. Customer satisfaction should always be a priority, especially when customers trust your brand and repeatedly choose your services. I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and provide a proper resolution. I would appreciate if my shirt is completed with proper branded buttons
