I got a made-to-measure suit stitched here and had a great experience. Mr. Amar, the master tailor, was extremely thorough. He walked me through all the available options and took very detailed measurements.
The suit turned out really well and fits perfectly.
There are two Raymond stores in Phoenix Mall, and this one is on the first floor. Very happy with the purchase.

Great experience so far. We had a thought for a readymade suit for our wedding. however, Masterji explained and provided us with numerous options and looked at my outfit to understand what color and fabric would enhance the look more on him. We opted for a stitched customised three piece and it was a good decision. Great service.

Excellent suits and designs but it was sad to see that the overall experience was very poor as compared to their store in Viviana Mall at Thane. I have been a Raymonds fan but after experiencing the small sized store here at Phoenix Market City in Pune I was completely disappointed. The entire experience of their ready to fit format is lost. Won’t be back here even though the product is great

I bought 3 trousers and came back for alteration after wearing 2 pairs for a few days and washes.
Alteration was done poorly and half heartedly without taking any proper measurements.
Master should take seriously.

Being a loyal customer for years, this store at Pheonix Mall Pune is not nice at all, it’s small no place to sit and shop. Lots of stock boxes in the store making it very uncomfortable. Suggesting to get a bigger store for better experience.
