I got my bridal blouse stitching and handwork done from Sai Ladies Tailor, Kumthekar Branch (Pune), and I am extremely happy with the result.
They carefully understood my requirements and delivered the blouse exactly the way I wanted. The fitting is perfect and the handwork is very neat, elegant, and classy.
Most importantly, the owner’s nature is very polite, friendly, and professional. It was really nice meeting her and discussing the design.

Not a good tailor for important functions like wedding. They took a lot of money but the stitch was not worth at all. We had given them 2 blouse to stitch they made same mistake in both the blouses and made them worse.

Very unprofessional behaviour. Had called twice to make a reminder to keep dress ready. Concerned staff told me she will call me later and give update. When we went today , we want it to wear tomorrow., they say they did not get Astar for the cloth. Very rude behavior. Very unprofessional.

Worst Experience Ever – Completely Unprofessional
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this boutique/tailor. I gave two dresses to stitch (salwar suits) and one wedding blouse worth ₹7,000, and none of them were stitched properly.
Despite clearly requesting a pocket in the pants, they completely forgot to add it. The stitching quality was poor and showed a clear lack of basic tailoring knowledge. Instead of accepting their mistake, they blamed the fabric, which is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Their explanation was very unsatisfactory, and their behavior was irresponsible and unaccountable. Charging such a high amount and delivering this level of work—especially for a wedding outfit—is shocking.
I am extremely unsatisfied and would not recommend this place to anyone, particularly for bridal or important outfits. Total waste of money, time, and mental stress 😡

I gave my engagement saree blouse for stitching on 11th and they gave me 2nd of next month as the delivery date. I clearly told them to take their time and do it properly.
When I went on 3rd, they couldn’t even find my blouse at first. Later, when they did, it was still incomplete.
When I collected it few days later, I noticed a stain on the blouse. Instead of even checking properly, they went into complete denial and blame, saying my blouse piece was faulty. The owners were loud and rude.
Such lack of accountability show they don’t respect customers at all.
Very disappointed.

Your concern was already addressed when you visited the store.The stain you are referring to was present on the blouse piece before stitching exactly as it was at the time of purchase. Regarding the delivery, the blouse was given on the date clearly mentioned on your receipt. Despite this, we still tried to assist you, but the review does not reflect the actual situation.

This place offers the advantage of a fitting room. We can try out the tailored clothes and in case any changes are required, get them made while waiting.
