I recently visited The Tailor Lab in Narayan Peth and had a really great experience. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They clearly understand how to stitch suits perfectly and guide you well throughout the process. I got my tuxedo stitched here, and I’m very happy with the fitting, finishing, and overall quality. The attention to detail and customer service was impressive.

Suggestion: However, if there's one aspect where Tailor Lab could improve, it would be to streamline their delivery process. Currently, the delivery time of 10 to 11 days, while understandable given the bespoke nature of their products, could be reduced slightly to enhance customer convenience. Perhaps implementing more efficient logistics or offering expedited shipping options could help in this regard.

Worst service every i want 5 times for a single shirt which was to delivered at monday i went there on monday the shirt was not ready it got done at tuesday but the buttons were not accordingly which were choosen by me there after the pattern choosed by me was also not the same Abd thereafter the staff forced to give a feedback

I got 2 suits tailored from here. They have exceptional service and a wide variety of cloth types and price range. We took our sweet time selecting the colour, the cloth, the finish and they were patient and helpful through it all. The result was equally satisfying. The fitting was flawless as well, no errors in sewing or the fit. The feel of wearing a cloth, especially a suit, designed to your own liking and and fit is something that can only be experienced. I’d highly recommend getting a suit, or any item of clothing really, tailored from here.

Recently has tried The Tailor Lab. For my office wear formals. Brought three shirts and trousers. Shirts was stitched well as per my instructions perhaps had bad experience with trousers 👖 Just pathetic trousers size and fits. Honestly disappointed with trousers stitching and size since I had clear instructions regarding my trousers but didn’t come to reality. Shirts clothing/fabric has multiple variants available with them only few of them are available on display Perhaps they do have cloths fabric catalogs to choose. Shirts were totally fine. Thumbs down for trousers ( may be in my case only) For new Buyers- You have to choose fabrics from them only. Premium experience .
