If there was an option to give zero or negative stars, I would definitely choose that. This has been my worst experience with any tailor.
I gave two dresses for alteration, and the person did not even bother to take proper measurements. The first time the dresses were stitched very loosely. When I asked them to correct it, the second time they made them extremely tight and completely ruined the fitting. It honestly felt careless and irresponsible.
Because of their negligence, my dresses are now damaged and almost unusable. What is more shocking is their shameless attitude. When I told them to just return my dresses and keep the money, they did so without any apology, concern, or professionalism.
Very rude behavior, zero accountability, and extremely poor workmanship. I strongly recommend people avoid this shop if they care about their clothes.

The ulteration of new & old clothes, fitting of ladies dresses is done here & you do not have to leave your clothes here for that , they give delivery immediatly of the ultered clothes, triel rool is also provided here

Very Disappointed – Arrogant and Overpriced
I had a very bad experience with this tailor. He is extremely arrogant and has no sense of how to deal with customers. He doesn't listen to what you actually want and completely refuses any customer input as if he's doing you a favour. On top of that, he charged a hefty amount for a simple alteration that I later got done from another tailor at half the price—and the other tailor did a much better job too!
Honestly, this was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and fair pricing.

The workers are very well trained. They have magic in their hand. Within a few minutes they have complete their work with budget cost and with quality. Every type of alterations work are accepted here. One of the best in alterations field. There is trial room also available so you can check fitting and measurement too. I reduce one point because there is no sitting or waiting area for customers.

Over the cost is very reasonable.

They altered my jeans and made the fitting literally in 5 mins. Their speciality is they make the fitting and alteration then and there. They keep the clothes with themselves like other tailors.

I have a different experience about quality of alteration.
No doubt,service is very fast but quality wise it is very poor,giving 3 stars for fast service.
I got my few of pants and shirts altered from M/s Dattak Tailors,Tilak Road.
They were altered very fast but pant is cut in a tapered manner at back pocket level,length of open shirt is showing variation in lenth on both front sides.
Very Poor Quality of the threads are being used for pant alterations.
Not at all recommended.

They are too good at alterations, no matter what size it is, they alter, may it be shirt, pant, kurta, pyjama, jeans, and all ladies wear can get altered here within minutes, they hardly take 5-10 mind to alter any piece of cloth! If you got to alter anything and want to be retain the same shape then this is the place to go!

Best place to get ur outfits altered. I used to go MG ROAD outlst.. I have been regularly there since 10 years. But even this outlet has good staff.. Altaf had assisted us.
