I had given my blouse with lots of hope and expectations, but they didn't meet it. When I received my blouse it was tight from the chest and hanging from underarm area. They picked it up for correction but I cannot make a delivery person understand what needs to be done. They should send some expert staff to pick so that changes are done correctly. Still I gave for corrections but it wasn't upto the mark. Now it's so tight from armhole that it's falling from my shoulder. For me this service was just a waste of time and money.

Unprofessional completely ignored specific design instructions.I explicitly stated that the specific neckline structure and fitted silhouette were the absolute priorities for this garment. I provided a tech pack and a physical reference piece to copy. They completely ignored these instructions mucking up the neckline geometry, dart placement, and construction entirely.The design and fitting flaws became obvious, the owner refused a standard check because they were 'too busy,’and tried to hide behind a website policy to deny a fair partial refund. A policy protects against a change of mind, not a failure to execute clear, prioritized, discussed instructions. Take your business elsewhere. Waste of your time, money and resources.

Toshi has a really unique sense of color and design...even more unique is her ability to ensure that it suits the clients needs, body shape and occasion. The stitching itself is very good quality and there are no shabby edges or hanging threads.
