Amazing shopping experience at this cute little boutique! I went in to get a few alterations and a blouse stitched and walked out with a couple new outfits as well. The service by Nidhi and her 2 assistants was outstanding. They give you very good ideas and suggestions. The alterations Nidhi suggested for my dresses have completely transformed their look! The fitting of the blouse is perfect. No need of any adjustments. I am very picky about my blouses and I am not disappointed. The price point of all outfits is very affordable. I will be coming back for sure!

They were very willing to work with an idea I had making a dress out of scarf material and it turned out perfectly.
When you come from a cold country the beautiful Indian attire simply doesn't work back home .
They created something I can use for both.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
They keep readymades but don't know what high quality stitching is yet charged me 2100/- for a basic poorly stitched blouse. Ruined my silk saree blouse and didn't even rectify it properly.(i don't mind paying good for high quality work but their work didn't justify the price)
Trust me,A normal camp tailor can do a better job.

We first returned a product because of a little manufacturing defect and they accepted the return. Then second one which I received was cut here and there. Since I couldn't take the entire video they accepted neither a return nor a refund. I was infact trying to explain her that it was not a cut that we did. The person was not even listening to me. Answered very rudely. She kept on shouting. Could have cross-checked atleast for the truthfulness in what we were saying. Very rude. Wasted 3k.

All outfits which are shipped undergo stringent quality checks before they are packed.
We insist on a parcel opening video (right from the start) so that we can understand the problem.
The team found that the sent video was shot after opening the parcel.
The store has some policies (which every buyer is made aware of during the purchase) and expects the clients to abide by them

Absolutely the worst shopping experience I’ve had. The shopkeeper is unbelievably rude and refuses to exchange a dress even though it was returned within 7 days, unused and with tags. For the high prices they charge, the quality of the clothes is shockingly poor. Their customer service is terrible, and they clearly don’t care about customers once the sale is made. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this store.

I happened to buy a suit from Vastrakaari via a Flea Market. I loved the color of the suit and it was an immediate buy. I don't have a tailor I could trust on for the costly dress ,so the designer asked me to try their tailor. And the fit again was a fabulous job. The whole outfit come out to be very elegant as well as much comfortable.

Disappointed with the stitching and more disappointed with the way she behaved. If something went wrong while stitching and fitting, how could the owner/tailor just not cooperate and deny to give the solution and then again rudely blame on the fabric. It was a diwali dress, and referring insta review we went there, but got the special dress ruined. 😟
Waste of money, waste of my time.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The tailor damaged dress and the fabric also. After hours and hours waiting , they still couldn’t resolve the fitting issues. The owner was unprofessional and rude, even raising their voice. They shifted the blame to the fabric and didn’t fix the problem. I can't recommend this place....
I am thinking how this place is having 4.7 star?

Really disappointed with the stitching and more with the way owner behaved. they ruined the dress and fitting was worst but the owner didnt co-operate and started blaming the fabric .Don't go only behind the insta followers everything is fake. Totally waste of money,time and emotion.I would not recommend the visit at any cost.

I visited this establishment solely due to their enticing Instagram ads, but the final product was a far cry from my expectations. The beautiful hand-woven fabric I provided was butchered, and the stitching was subpar – something a local tailor could do better.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner was unapologetic and unhelpful, shifting the blame to the fabric. The conversation took a turn for the worse when she began using abusive language, and when called out, claimed she was "abusing herself."
I paid ₹1500 for the stitching, which was a complete waste. This experience wasn't just about the monetary loss; it was also emotionally distressing, as I had trusted them with my precious fabric.
I'm sharing my story to caution others. Proceed with caution, and beware of poor quality and unprofessional service.
I don't want anyone else should go through this. It's upto you to visit or not.
