The shop seems nice. The person at the front (slightly dark guy wearing specs) was least interested in selling anything. It seemed like he was enjoying the cool AC air and we disturbed him by asking him to show us clothes.

Never ever buy from this store.
Last year I got a coat tailor made. The fitting of the coat was absolutely pathetic!! I complained and they made it even worse.
Now the coat is with them since more than 5 months and nobody is bothered. They haven't called me once as promised. Absolute shame on this shop.
10k RS waste because of them.

The worst place for tailoring. They are clueless in terms of tailoring, after multiple stitching they have ruined the clothes. I have got my 2 pants & 3 shirts stitched from there there after buying clothes. I asked them, please tell if any trail is needed but they said no for the same. They have stitched pants very tight, even though they were clueless how it happened, after they did some corrections but now marks are visible on the pants that they have opened stitches. No finishing and cleanliness in stitching work. Also no follow up from their side if work has been done, you only have to take follow up from them.
They have lost a customer for the future, bad customer experience, and won't recommend this place. Please avoid this place.

Very poor tailoring, they don't have skill. Even they don't know how to alter that's really pathetic.I have purchased a two piece from Raymond but after alteration it was very much disappointed. The tailor completely ruined the trouser after 2 times of alteration. Basically they don't know how to do this.So be aware before going this raymond showroom.

I am beyond furious and deeply ashamed that I trusted Raymond for my clothing needs. The stitching of my clothes is an absolute disaster! I’ve had to endure 8 to 9 trials and repeated fixtures—how can such incompetence come from a brand that claims to be globally renowned?
This is by far the worst service I have ever received, from any brand, let alone one like Raymond, which supposedly holds a reputation for quality. Every single morning, as I get ready for work, I’m not thinking about how good I look in my clothes—I’m reminded of the terrible experience and the negative reviews that your store has now earned from me.
You have wasted my valuable time and money, and frankly, it is shameful that I have to deal with such unprofessionalism. This is not what I expected from Raymond, and I demand immediate action to resolve this mess!
This entire ordeal has been nothing but stress, inconvenience, and frustration. Fix this immediately.
I expect a response NOW and a solution that reflects the standards Raymond should stand for—because, right now, it’s a disgrace.

This place is Classy.
You just can't take the eye of from the outfits you see here. Raymond is already trusted brand. Its better than most of the Western Brands. If you are looking for suits or any formal men's outfits, just visit here. Quality of products is awesome. Price range is quite similar to Western Brands. So if you already buy western brands or used to it, you won't find prices on higher side.

This shop has less parking hardly 4-5 vehicles can be parked. Less stock though the shop is too big. Less stock for varieties present. Only Raymond varieties which is plus point. Quite famous and approachable. You can redeem if any Raymond coupon you have.
One can stitch clothes from a Raymond taylor as well.

Sales staff is very good but the tailoring department is the problem. Just avoid getting your clothes stitched here. They are arogant and low on skills. They will first say that the cloth is less and that you should get it soaked and bring. I later went to C'lai and got it stched with the same amount of cloth. I think the Deccan Gymkhana Raymond's outlet should be avoided for your tailoring work

This shop is not good if you would like to buy a good quality suite. The staff is always in a mood to sell their old stuff and not concerned about maintaining the brand. The tailors are also rude, they do the stitching as per their wish and would make the customers wait because of their unorganized way of working. Try some other shop if you want to get quality product in time.

Bought fabric worth 12000. Spent another 3500 on stitching at the same place. Everything was good unless after coming home I discovered that 2 of the white shirts had grease marks on the hand cuffs. Bad experience.

Raymonds shop tailor completely ruined my pants. Stitched extremely narrow tapered fit. All 4 pants ruined. The narrow botton is like pyjama kurta style. They cannot repair it. Lost 13k for 4 pants.

Nice designs, but the Custom Tailoring is too disappointed, what ever the promise they have made at the time of stitching the shirts , those will never ever believe that, No In time delivery... Very bad experience. The salesperson MERVIN is slow, confused, arrogant and has attitude issue towards the customer.e and my wife had visited Raymond Shop on 01-May-2019 at 1248/A, Aswani plaza, Near Cafe Good luck chowk, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune, Maharashtra 411004, India.
We waited for 10-15 mins without being shown anything or something shown by half attentive, Arrogant, Inefficient Sales Person (Mervin). He did not know the product well and was not cordial in speaking and Raw, Rough, without basic mannerisms--which is so essential when working in the industry like this.
I have been a regular to this Raymond shop for many years now, still this person made a mess of everything.
He also started to unnecessarily argue with my wife.
When i asked for the complaint book, the people over there were not ready to provide it. After asking for 4-5 times and insisting, the had to provide the complaint book.
I have mentioned my Comments about the episode, especially on arrogant and attitude problematic-MERVIN.
I am yet to receive any response or any form of call from Raymonds. I am not sure if the people in the store itself manipulated with the comments i had written, tore the page or if Raymonds is simple not interested to look into this matter.

Shop is located at center of town. Very near to deccan. Ambiance is good. Shop is big in size and different verities available here. You can directly call them and ask before visit. They will tell you the available stuff. It’s very helpful. Parking lot is structured. Not to bother about parking. Location of place is very good. Hence you can shop more to Nearby places.

A shop which specializes in men's suit's, has a good variety of cloth to choose from, has it's own tailors who while taking measurement would also suggest to you the various cuts that would go with the type of cloth and your body contours along with types of cuffs and collars. The staff is courteous and the owners take personal interest and mingle with the clients to accommodate the requirements of clients. Will highly recommend the raymond shop at deccan Pune for men's suits and trousers .

Worst service ever. Not recommended at all. I purchased a suit from it but it's not good at all. No proper stitching and Fitting is improper. Not ironed properly. Staff is noncooperative. Very Disappointed by service.
