Horrid fitting, horrid attitude! I’ve been a couple of times and never had a satisfactory fitting, something or the other always needed fixing. The most basic things like making a sleeveless blouse with sleeves is the kind of mistakes they make! The lady at the shop is too rude and refuses to accept any tailoring faults when it is evidently there. I had an extremely unpleasant experience.

Worst service experience ever. I had given my wedding gown for stiching in first week on Jan and was told I will get the dress by 1st week of Feb as my wedding date was 23rd feb. The lady did not give any update and delayed giving the dress in 1st week of Feb. Even in 2nd week it wasn't ready. The tailor said in the end before few days of my wedding will give the dress on 25th of Feb that is after my wedding date even. Ridiculous service. The lady was not even picking up my phone. Then They said they will stich the dress in 2 days before the wedding. I am so disappointed with thier service. It was a horrible experience.

Got my lehenga blouse and a fish cut gown stitched. Amazing work, finishing and fitting is excellent and professional. They have a variety of patterns available for blouse and will tell you exactly what pattern would look good on you and according to the cloth. Very satisfied with the work! Will surely visit again. Recommended to everyone 👍

If you want to spoil your day and see how rude boutique owners can be, then this is a must visit! The owners are a couple- husband and wife. Before the purchase the owners were very sweet and promised us alterations. As soon as I paid for a gown we could see their true face. We thought of checking lehengas, but I didn't like anything much. One of them was okayish so I was contemplating whether to buy it or not. The owner started making a fuss and created a scene there so we ended up buying it! When I went back to collect the dresses(after a week), which I had given for alterations, I saw that nothing was altered ( I called them twice before going back)! They took size measurements 4 times on the day I went to collect my dresses! When I mentioned this the owners said they will take it 50 times if they want!! They wasted 3 hours of my time just to get a blouse altered!!! Not once did they apologise for their mistake nor did they offer tea/coffee even when we were there for such a long time (not that I wanted it, but just as a courtesy they could have asked)!! Moreover, the owner couple started arguing amongst themselves (on some other issue) while we were at the store collecting my dresses! They also yell at their staff and say mean things to them in front of the customers!! They do not have any decency on how to talk to anyone!! They did not even bother smiling or thanking us while we were leaving the store! Please do not waste your time and your peace of mind by going to this store!! P.S.: Cherry on the icing - (Mind it these are the exact words!!) The owner quoted, "Billionaire doesn't need customers, but the customers need Billionaire. Hum 1-1.5lakhs ka sale Karte Hai din ka"

Libaaz boutique is the best choice for all kinds of women wear like salwar kurta, blouses, skirts, gowns etc.. They have mastered the art of stitching. The Madam who owns the boutique is a very genuine and professional lady yet very polite and soft spoken. She has an eye for detail and is well known for her expertise with varieties of designs, fabric, cuts etc. If anyone is looking for such professional stitching at a reasonable rate, Libaaz is highly recommended for you. 😊

I wanted to get my lehenga blouse done which most tailors in clover refused to make citing the cloth is less. I had given up hope but by chance I stumbled upon Libas boutique and the lady assured me it will be done... I got my blouse today and kudos to her and the team, they really did an amazing job.. The fitting is great and delivery on time. I would highly recommend it

So I thought of going to this store to check out the collection i specifically wanted something in red / maroon color as it was my wedding .. I asked him at first he told me he has alott of varieties and then jus gave me 5 pieces to select from in which the design was same and colors were different ... He told me Wearing RED shade for a bride is outdated and his CLIENT base does nt were it !! Well I wanna say Every Bride has Her own taste and desire to wear her outfit ... She is not going to wear what you like or Your CLIENTS prefer !! Go to this store if u want to get insulted and to be treated like u are nobody and u cannot buy his so Called HIGH COLLECTION !! Very arrogant owner and this man's attitude is on another level !! He made me wait for an hour to jus show me 5 dresses !! He will tell u his gonna customize the dress for u which he will NOT he will jus ghumafirake chupkao you what is available with him ... ! Worst customer service and even worse collection of dresses ... I prefer Petals and queenstown for best collection .

Madhu was very cooperative, sweet and charming always with a smiling face. My sister introduced me to her. My daughter came from Germany for a week during Diwali n had to get blouses stitched. She gave the blouses within 3 days, that too with perfect fitting. My daughter was so happy with her. We highly recommend her botique Libaz for all stitching.

Worst experience ever. Because of 2 things 1. They make us fool by selling cloth of rupees 2 for rupees 2000,literally I have bought one gown from them for 18000 inr( discounted price it was for INR 21000). They promised us about alterations which they did not do within given time. There was stain on bottom part of gown,they promised us they will do finishing and then collect your dress,which they did not do. Because of this my sister could not wear dress. While marketing they told us, this a copy of this designer , material quality is excellent and all which made us buy that gown. And in 1st dry cleaning itself-color fades horribly, cloth material gets shrinked . Literally inner linings (material) of gown is visible. It makes that garment useless. And when you go to visit their store, they are not available.( twice this has happened with me) 2. They are not polite, when I took my friend in billionaire's store, she did not like it and the gown she liked one but it was too expensive, so she did not buy it. After this the reaction of owner was horrible, why you come,if you don't want to buy, why you wasted our time, bla bla bla,, a lot . When in reality she wanted to buy gown but it was not of her taste and budget (one she liked) This is a shop where if you entered and you have to buy things not out of your choice but dominance. Else they will make you listen a lot. Literally what not... I think so you should also go and experience once how rude ppl can be around us.

The worst experience of a life time , only big talks and nothing else , highly unprofessional, ruined all the suits and on top of that they claim about their work , it’s a request kindly think twice before giving ur dress materials for stitch to them …. They made my wife wait for almost two hours saying tailor has gone for lunch we had a flyt to catch at 6:30 pm …. It’s a request with folded hands do not take rIsk oh giving ur clothes to them … pathetic experience

Worst experience, i dont know what this guy thinks of himself.We had gone there before diwali when they refused to show us the dresses stating that they were too busy. So we went there today this guy asked us twice if we are going to finalize he was not ready to show us the anything, he said we have to get an appointment which was not mentioned during the first visit also he mentioned that he would not show even to the Prime minister if he did not have an appointment, finally when he decided to show he showed us total 5 dresses and wanted us to finalize from that our budget was 25,000 and he had only 5 dresses in that range. Also the first time i went the lady at the counter said they have many options in that range and also they can customise if i have anything in mind which he flatly refused as something they would ever do. This man came across as a very rude and impolite person and this attitute is taking him nowhere. Save time and dont visit this high headed man's so called designer boutique ever.

Simply horrible. These people don't deliver you on time and charges are too high. For saree fall they charge ₹ 150 and for saree tassels ₹300. They just fool you and bridal outfits are not delivered on time and hence lots of last moment tension is created for the customer. In all expectations aren't met. So, Don't ever go.

I wish I could give this lady less than one star. Never ever go to this place. All the stitching is sloppy, amateur and incomplete. Attention to details is what separates a good tailor from a bad one and all the details here are overlooked and ignored. When you ask her why something is this way she says you can go ask anyone around and when you ask around she says she cannot make a mistake. Useless people and place. Do not waste your time here.

SUPER PATHETIC and UGLY SHOP OWNERS I have ever seen!! These guys (small shop at clover center is run by an astonishingly rude couple) have an assorted collection of some average looking gowns and lehengas but they act like they are some Luxury brand. I could not even explain how foolish and ill-mannered these guys are!! If you want to avoid ruining the joyous mood of your wedding trousseau shopping, please AVOID visiting these crazy heads. They won’t pay attention to your requirements, they would ignore you if they saw other potential buyers & biggest of them all these dumb fellow think they have a upper hand since they are the owners lol I cant even emphasise on the level of over smartness they have.. especially the husband. WORST STORE EVER WITH WORST COLLECTION, WORST SEEVICE AND WORST OWNERS

I had visited in 3rd week of December 2022 for my wife's lehenga and we had like worse experience of our life buying any thing, Owner of the shop the husband wife duo , both was worst behaved person you can see on the face of the earth, And, they started their drama once you finalise your dress, So, that it would be hard to step out as lehenga selection is hectic job, they had avergae product, But their ego and behavior is , omg how can any shop owner be so pathetic with customer, It literally ruined our days and weeks thinking about their pathetic Behavior. They will make you feel like , by selling you, they are doing a great favor , anyway, I just can't explain in words , what kind of worse experience we have gone through, but, I can only suggest to Future visitor of the shop, never visit , if you don't want to ruin your shopping experience and if at all you want to visit and buy from the shop , please book appointment with some psychiatrist in advance to get over your trauma which you will face post visiting the shop. PS: It deserve -5 star, but minimum requirement is 1 star to post my review , so giving 1 star.

Horrible experience. The guy makes you wait for no rhyme or reason. Visited this place on Saturday, showed him few designs. He then asked me to come on Wednesday between 7 and 730 because those dresses that I've been looking for weren't "tagged". We reached on Wednesday at 7. He says "why didn't you call, I already made an appointment." To which I replied "because you didn't ask me to call". He then asked me to drop by in half an hour. Pfft! Traveling from pimple Saudagar to this place on his whims!

Really very bad experience. Before purchase they will talk good, will do all false promises. But as soon as you pay them money, they will talk like they are doing all favor to you for all things and you have no options but listen them. In fact after payment they start ignoring you. My suggestions: don't pay a single money as far as they do not show you final product.
