I had a very disappointing experience with this luggage bag wheel repair person. Initially, he showed us good quality wheels for replacement, but after the work was done, we discovered he had used low-quality, cheap wheels instead. When confronted, he gave excuses, claiming the original size was unavailable and that the inferior-looking wheels were of "better quality." He promised to complete the repair by morning, but when we visited, nothing had been done. We followed up multiple times throughout the day, and finally, at 8 PM, he called us to collect the bag. Upon inspection, we found the wheels were far from what he had committed to delivering. Despite our dissatisfaction, he refused to adjust the price and charged us ₹800 for replacing the wheels, which we later found out only cost ₹400 in total. His work ethics are extremely poor, and he constantly lied throughout the process. I would strongly advise against trusting or using his services. This person lacks professionalism and integrity. I would never recommend him to anyone.

These people are such blatant liars. They initially quote a lower price when you drop off your clothes, but when you return to pick them up, they suddenly demand much more than the original amount. It’s incredibly unprofessional, and instead of honoring their word, they argue over it, showing a complete lack of integrity.
