I really had a horrible experience with needles and thimbles!
I have a small business of ethnic wears.
I tried their service as they comitte 7 days delivery.
I really wanted the suits urgently as I have to present them in exhibition in next few days.
Dont even ask about the delivery days, every tome the tailor had an excuse that I am out, this n that.
And if you ask about the fabric, I am attaching the pics, I already asked her that Mam, will you be able to do it as these are all premium fabrics.
I had given her tissue chanderi sill fabrics and they were dyed.
Now look at the condition of fabric and also the scalloping. When I asled her about the color, she told that its because of the dye.
I mean I dye my fabrics regularly and there is no such issue. Also check the quality of scalloping, and she charged a good amount for it. (Pics attached).
Just want to say, that I suffered a huge loss because of the fabric as it was anarkali padded suit. My fabric is also wasted & stitching cost. Now, I am left with no time.
Please dont trust these new services at all until you try some rough fabric with them.

Worst experience ever.. experience was not just bad but scary.
1. They will take way longer time than commited to you
2. If you are asked that your designer will be mamta be assured that you will get the worst stitched design and not just that- with this you will get a lot of attitude from her and she might challenge you that will never be able to get the design stitched better than her.
3. You will be told certain rates on call and will get a different bill altogether. They will not tell you price on WhatsApp’s.. but they ll call you to discuss the price. So better to record thr call when you discuss the prices with them(mamta madam)
4. If you think they will come to you to discusss the design and take the size.. you are absolutely mistaken.
I got 2 lehengas and 1 kurta pyjama stitched from them and trust me nobody ever visited my place for design discussion. Wefast was booked for me everytime.
And after all this when they screwed with my design she stopped taking my calls and answering to my msgs.
The owner tried the best to sorr out the situation so that i can pay the bill that was way more than discussed. After paying the owner also vanished
The lehenga that got for a 40-42 soze lady has a blouse of a kid stitched literally.
I am down with 8100(stitching charges) plus all the expensive fabric cost that was sent to them.
PATHETIC IS THE WORD.

Secondly, we do not believe in providing poor quality designs to our customers. Mamta, whom you mentioned in your review, is a skilled and experienced designer who takes pride in her work. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with her work, but we assure you that we never intentionally provide subpar designs or stitching to our customers.
Regarding the pricing, we always try to be transparent with our pricing, and we provide a quote to our customers before starting work. However, sometimes there can be misunderstandings, and we apologize if that was the case in your situation.
Regarding the design discussion, we do offer the option for our customers to have a face-to-face consultation with our designers. However, due to the pandemic situation, we have had to make adjustments to our operations, and we have been offering virtual consultations instead. We apologize if this was not made clear to you.
Lastly, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with the end result and that you felt ignored when you tried to contact us. We take all feedback seriously and will use your experience to improve our services in the future.

I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. They not only took my fabric for stitching, but also samples of my existing clothes — and now they’ve gone completely silent. No responses, no updates, and they haven’t returned anything: not my original clothes, not my fabric, and definitely not the stitching they promised.
It’s been over five weeks, and I’ve lost more than ₹20,000 worth of clothes and material. I’m left with no choice but to file a police complaint.
Please, for your own sake — stay far away from this place.

Abhi Tak sabse ghatia experience inke sath raha , 8000 ka maine fabric la ke dia inko for pant shirt and Nehru jacket, Pant almost thik thak banaya , shirt length 3 inch short , sleeves 2 inch short , jacket ka size kisi or ka hi bana dia 4 inch length short and design jo dia usse jesa kuch nhi apne man se bana kar laye they water my all money. I never recommend them
One suggestion to you never give them your fabric to them they will ruin your clothes. It’s better buy ready made from reputed brand even road side tailor are much better than them.

The tailor rescheduled. And then rescheduled again. What's the point of providing service at home if the tailor isn't going to stick to the timeline without even informing about the expected delays? Better service expected.

A very unprofessional Service with No work Ethics and Punctuality. All Promises made are just Gimmick and Lies.
I ordered a Pant and Shirt Stitching on 10th April 2022. The Delivery confirmation date was after a week, when discussed over the call. It was changed to 10 days in invoice, which I agreed due to busy schedule. I told the Person who handle the operations about my travelling and yet they are not delivering my order. The Promise a lot over the phone but on real grounds, they are worst then any near my Tailors. Paying Premium Prices of 1400 for a Pant and Shirt, when local tailor charge under 1000, we expect professionalism. Put these are not Professionals. They are useless.

I gave 2 blouses and 4 suits for stitching. While the blouses were done perfectly, all 4 suits ruined (pieces worth 8000 and stitching cost 7200). Who knows what measurement they take and follow.
I'll suggest give only one type of style, don't mix costumes.

WORST SERVICE EVER – STAY AWAY!
This is by far the most pathetic, unprofessional, and shameless service provider I’ve ever dealt with. They completely destroyed my clothes in the very first attempt, and when questioned, they shamelessly gave excuses about outsourcing tailors. Out of goodwill, I gave them a second chance after they swore they now had “in-house tailors” who would “take care of everything.” What a joke! The second time was even worse.
They not only ruined my clothes beyond repair but also had the audacity to ignore my texts and calls. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Just full of lies and excuses. I’ve lost both my expensive fabric and the money I wasted on their third-class, scam-level services.
These people are nothing but liars, frauds, and thieves. They don’t care about customers, they don’t care about quality, and they definitely don’t care about your hard-earned money.
⚠️ WARNING: Do not ever risk giving them your clothes. You’ll only regret it.

I had to get something stitched for my mother for an occasion at a very short notice of 3 days. I opted for Needles & Thimbles to reduce the running around that needs to be done of a local tailor. I explained my case to N&T who picked up the cloth in a few hours and delivered the stitched product in 2 days (1 day in advance). I found their punctuality, professionalism and the human touch that they render to the proceedings quite noteworthy. We didn't have to move an inch for such an exemplary service. The final product is good and does fit very well. I hope Needles and Thimbles continue with their good work and do continue delivering the quality and service that's very much lacking otherwise in this segment.

Worst experience.
I was told they will deliver within 7 days and will replicate the design what i showed them.
I got the delivery after 12days and was not upto the mark.
They were rude when we pointed out that this not the design we wanted, they told your body is different fabric is different etc etc which they could have told while taking the order.
We paid 1500₹ for a pant shirt.
Waste of money and the fabric.

Its wonderful to have a stitching service at home.
Not only do they come home to collect and deliver clothes, their work quality is also impeccable.
If there is at all a fitting issue, they don't hesitate in collecting the garment and correcting it.

Bad experience, ill-mannered people, wastage of money.
I gave them two suits to get stitched, out of which they stitched one well and the other one's fitting was loose from the shoulder...I told them about it and they took it for alteration...After alteration the fitting became even more useless...the suit got completely pulled up from below...when I said that this has become even more useless...fix it, then their manager started shouting at me and he spoke rudely to me and blamed me for all the thing. I did not like it at all... I'm not the tailor how can he blame me for their fault, when their tailor came for alteration, he didn't utter a word that it would get pulled up if do alteration from shoulder, under arm and waist will get affected. He didn't say anything like that.
They are charging a simple suit stitched for Rs.1000 and showing off so much arrogance as if they are doing it for free.
Also, I asked them to put some designs on the bottom of the pants but they did not make any designs and took full money.
My money was wasted, my suit material got wasted, my time got wasted.

They have great * at home service* that too at your convenience, which is the best part. No multiple fitting checks they visit you at home for your fittings . Most of the items i got stitched was perfect in first go and rest needed minor alterations for which they take trai check at home only .

My wife was to get a blouse stitched for a wedding and we were not able to take out the time to visit the Tailor then I decided to search online for the same and that's when I came across with Needles & Thimbles and at a very first glance at the name itself I knew I found the treasure. I booked an online appointment followed which a Tailor visited us on the given time slot and she got the measurements and within 3 days we had the blouse with us, I was surprised to see that they managed to deliver the item within committed time as it was the peak of wedding season. My wife liked the fit and finish they provided and since then whenever we have something for stitching Needles & Thimbles is the one stop solution. Even on pricing side they are quite reasonable. I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work.

I placed an order for a blouse for my sister’s wedding. They ruined my fabric. The tailor did not follow any of the instructions. Made me pay more for zippers and other embellishments; they used none of these on the finished product. Poor customer support. They fleeced me and I got no refund. Worst place to stitch a blouse. I do not recommend this place.

Extremley poor and Unprofessional.
I ordered 4 Shirts for stitching, with clear instructions of not having pockets. There tailor missed the instruction and upon my feedback tried to remove the pockets which left hole marks making the shirts useless.
I lost the shirt materials and they blamed me saying I must have forgotten to tell them the no pocket requirement.
Please don't give them any orders and save your self from loss of money and all the Hassel.

Very terrible experience i have ever faced for my online service. I got my saree stitch for 2 sarees by Rs 2900. I got my saree almost after 2 months without proper finishing. I did regular followup with Mr kanai malik but he was not even picking up my call on time, no call back. Its better to go with your nearby tailor rather looking for online service. Worst worst experience

I have using traditional method of tailoring earlier by visit to tailor and for measurements and then trial and to pick final product, but you guides make it more easy on the tips of phone and few calls.
