At the start, they portrayed themselves to be very professional. But working with them turned out to be a horrible experience. I gave them multiple blouses, ranging from normal to designer pieces. The stitching for the normal/regular blouses was okayish but everytime they had to re-alter the pieces as they never fit properly in one go.
But when it came to the designer blouses, they ruined the pieces. I discussed very clearly and showed them reference pics for the style of blouses I wanted. But when they came back with the piece, it turned out to be total disaster. They changed the designs on their own without discussing. The fitting was so bad as if some noob or untrained tailor had stitched it and over the top of it, they tried convinving me that designer blouse pieces can't be stiched to perfect measurements. They destroyed my expensive blouse pieces and didn't take any accountabilty for it.
Also they don't deliver on the promised time. They promised to deliver the blouse in 3-4 days and but took more than 14 days to deliver it. I requested them multiple times to get my piece ready on time as I had a function coming up. But they intentionally delivered it on the day of the function so that I couldn't ask them to make the blouse to my proper fitting and liking and accept it anyhow. And over the top of it they charged an extravagant amount of Rs 2000 (approx.) for each blouse piece. The quality of service they provide is so low standard and cheap as compared to the amount they charge.
I would never recommend them to anyone.

Worst stitching experience ever — please don’t waste your money at Silaigo. I had a very bad experience with them. I clearly showed the design and explained everything, but they still ruined my blouse. The final result looked nothing like what they promised. They charged ₹1700 for a very basic blouse, and even the stitching quality was poor. Honestly, a normal local tailor could have done a much better job in much less money. I would not recommend them at all.

Very expensive. Initially it was all very professional, I explained everything how I needed the blouse, but what they handed over was a complete Disaster. It was nothing like I had told them. They changed the design on their own without discussing it with me.
Very much frustrated. Also had to pay the full amount even when I was not at all happy with the results.
Too Bad! I would never recommend it to anyone.

I want to make everyone aware of my experience with Silaigo.
I gave them a suit for stitching and specifically asked for a Patiala salwar. I clearly confirmed whether they could make it, and they said yes, mentioning that extra charges would apply. However, instead of a Patiala, they made a simple salwar, reduced the length, and made the bottom opening (mohri) very narrow. The entire suit was ruined. I wasted ₹2,800 on the suit and stitching chargesI also got one pant stitched for ₹1,300, which was made using cheap-quality fabric with very poor fitting.
Their charges are extremely high for the quality they deliver. The behavior is unprofessional, there is no accountability, and when I gave honest feedback, the response was arrogant.
I strongly advise people not to give their clothes here. It is better to wait and get your outfit stitched by a reliable tailor than to take a risk with Silaigo
