Faulty product. Color loss in first wash. They agreed to offer a change. They also mentioned that when new articles arrive, we will be informed. No one called. After a few weeks, when we visited, we did not find any article to our liking. They are refusing refund. They kept telling us: 1) no shop keeper here refunds; 2) other customers have not complained; 3) we will not refund; 4) you need a replacement, you keep coming back to us till you find something good enough; 5) we won't guarantee no-color-loss.
In short: my way of the highway.
Avoid them.

One of the best stores in Spectrum Mall. My wife loves Trupti Dress material and the style that they bring in their store, which is very trendy. Very comfortable and smooth material which one can wear for themselves. My wife has a lot of collection from Tripti as the price of ingredients there is moderate. Compared to other brands.

Beware! Shop at your own risk. They have beautiful designs but their quality is very bad, the cloth shrink after every wash, i could only wear it once, when complained owner Kulpreet said no guarantee on quality. Pathetic owners, no sense of customer service, extremely rude people
