My experience at Vrinda Pazar was amazing. I got 5 outfits stitched from Anup who is the owner at Vrinda pazar. He has an excellent eye for what can be created from any material. He gives the correct input and very openly says if something will not look good . The best part was that I did not have to alter any of the outfits he stitched for me. They were just perfect . Not even a cm here and there. Very punctual . Infact at the last minute I gave him a dress to be stitched and he got it done perfectly in a day and half . His work is super impressive and does not have to be reminded of anything. Good is an understatement...he is PERFECT !
Thank you Anup for the beautiful outfits you created for me . In a world of ready made outfits I am happy that I found someone who could create better than what you would buy at a store. First-time experience getting a blouse designed at Vrinda, and it was truly wonderful. Boutique designer Anup was very helpful with suggestions and showed great understanding of the requirements. He guided well in selecting the design and patiently worked on alterations multiple times until he was fully satisfied with the final look and fitting. I got to say communication is the key.
One feedback for the store: do an illustration of how the final product gonna look before cutting the fabric and show it to the client. This will help them see if this what they have in mind. This is needed coz the stiching is expensive(yet worth it) but to be extra careful with the fabric and avoid further changes.
I recently got a custom lehenga stitched from Vrinda Pazar using my own fabric. At first, there was a bit of miscommunication around the measurements and design detailing, which made me nervous given how important the outfit was to me.
But to their credit, once I reached out, the team was quick to clarify and take responsibility. They ensured everything was corrected and followed up closely through the process.
And I’m so glad they did—because the final lehenga turned out absolutely perfect! The stitching, the fit, the way they brought the design to life using my fabric—it all came together beautifully.
In the end, the outfit looked exactly how I had imagined (maybe even better), and I received so many compliments. Thank you Vrinda Pazar for turning things around and delivering a stunning piece!

The owner couple are the least customer centric. They don't deserve to run a business. Highly eccentric nature. They have a good tailor that was the only reason I used their services. But the high headedness of the owners forced us to no longer use this boutique and would highly recommend everyone to save yourself the time, money, energy and mind by not visiting this highly unprofessional shop.
