Not a good experience in stitching, fabric of pair of trousers( 2 nos.) bought from here and got stitched inside the store itself,by in house tailoring, one after another. Have visited twice for stitching corrections in both trousers and am still not happy with their fitting and stitching. The staff are very helpful and courteous though. But thought of more visits to correct the stitching is making me cringe.

Premium Raymond Shop with bad working ethics. We visited on 16.09.2025 to buy some cloth for an apron. We were directed upstairs to a middle aged bald staff member who was rude & unpleasant. He was dismissive towards any questions. He tried to sell us more than needed quantity & in the end refused to give the cloth since he didn't want to inconvenience himself by finding the right stack. No apology no explanation.
Try the Raymond store, near Evergreen bakers - same quality, way better service.

I had a terrible experience with this shop. I visited around 2-3 months ago to buy fabric for pants and had them stitched there. After wearing the pants just once or twice, lints appeared. When I complained to the shop, they said they would send the pants to the manufacturer and take action based on the response. After a week without hearing back, I called them, and they told me to come in for an exchange. However, when I visited, they simply returned the pants after removing the lints. I questioned the quality since the fabric cost Rs 2500 per meter, but they just said that lints can sometimes happen. Their behavior was disgusting. I would never recommend this shop to anyone, as they seem to either be selling cheap or counterfeit materials and blaming the Raymond company for it.

We get proper bill for the purchases. But Raymond shop do not give any bill for the stitching done by their tailors for the reasons best known to them.
However the staff is courteous and very friendly. The tailoring is first class.

Got one tweed coat stitched from them, the stitching is horrible, went twice for trials, still lapels are of unequal length, jacket is oversized, the check pattern has not been matched properly between the back panels. Will have to return the coat 3rd time for fitting They may claim to be custom tailoring, but seems they outsource the clothes to some cheap labour. Have completed ruined my coat. Don’t know if it can be fixed at all . Will not recommend to anyone.

The stock of cloth pieces is average. The in house tailor is the reason for 2 stars. Pathetic. A rustic newcomer with zero experience would perhaps given better result. Ruined the expensive piece of cloth I bought for a pair of trouser & a full sleeves shirt. Regretting the decision

I've bought shirt fabric from here and given for stitching to them only, they are using pins instead of plastic lock to maintain the kreez which damage the fabric in such a manner that I couldn't wear that without coat or blazers. So a shirt costing you 1600+900 approx 2500 Inr you can't wear due to the visible Damages. It's better you can buy from any knows brands apart from this shop or if you are buying the fabric don't ever go for stitching here.
When we complain about this to the staffs there, they did nothing about this... Pathetic experience with this store!!

I faced very poor service here. I locked complain(35292) many times but no one care for customer. Billing person was not good not providing the proper details. I had given the cloth for stitching on 24th of March they called me 4-5 times here but till now(12th April) i had not got my clothes. Every time issues were there even price of stichting is very high. Worst service. Every time whenever I visited there every customer was unhappy with their work, everyone was complaining the same thing. People think and trust the name they placed on the top of their shop "Raymond". But the experience is very poor and even a road side tailor can do better than these shops. If my post helps anyone i would be glad.
Such a very bad experience with Raymond i can't expect. It's very painful because i can't wear my new clothe's and i was forced to wear readymade clothe's.
Very-very poor service and measurements.

Pathetic tailoring and staff. You won't get your desired fitting or the quality of the cloth but costs too much than its worth. I recommend get it from a ready made shops in MOI Noida and get it altered accordingly. That's what I did next though I wasted for one here.

Excellent range of suit length pant length shirt length with stitching facility available in one roof. For stitching using original material supplied by Raymond. Since this showroom uses best quality raw material for stitching and therefore price for tailoring could be higher than open market. But tailors are well trained. I this showroom you can find suit length from Rs 4500 to Rs 3 lakhs. Depending upon your choice customer can opt for. Such range is not available in DLF mall Raymond showroom.

Just like other customers here.. PATHETIC TAILORING and i am serious.
Just take my words, the tailor here named Amit is absolute rowdy and behave like he's the world's best tailor.
I gave him a sample shirt and asked them to stitch the other shirt with same measurement and trust me ..i guess the guy use some different dimension for measurement. Everything was different and there was no similarity between the sample shirt and the one they stitched.
I again gave the shirt back and asked Amit (tailor) t9 fix it and then it made things even worse. Two sleeves aren't identical.
I called them to ask about what went wrong the second time. The reply I got was AAP COMPLAIN KAR DO.
So the summary is they are absolute worst both work and behaviour wise. They charge premium, but you can still get better stiching from a local tailor who sir near your apartments.

Good Raymond brand cloth outlet with varieties of cloths. Wide range different colours to choose from. Various sizes to fit everyone from children, small, medium, large and extra large.
New cloths bought if required alterations would be done free of charge.
Parking for vehicles of customers is available although paid parking Rs 20/- per hour in general parking lot in front of the shop.

Very poor customer service.
While I felt that this shop provides mediocre quality at the premium price we pay at Raymonds.
I have had one very unpleasant exp at this shop.
Regarding order no. 3161 delivery on 7thJan 2018.
I had ordered tailoring of 2 suit and 2 shirts after purchasing clothes from same shop. The quote provided was changed at the time of payment on 7th Jan 2018. The cashier at counter was very rude and almost forced/blackmailed me to pay the revised amount.
He did not even give me the receipt for the paid amount. I left frustrated from the shop. Never visit this shop. Never ever !!

I would suggest better go to small tayloring shops. They are cheap and better when it comes stitching.

I did purchase of worth 6000 rupees and went to stitching of fabric and when I went to meet tailor for measurement, his behavior was very rude, he don't listen others. I am customer of Raymond but never expected this kind of behavior and at the end I took my fabric back to do stitching outside

Worst raymond shop in sector 18 which just below the metro station of sector 18. they are FRAUD. I had given the fabric of suit and shirt for stiching. But the Shirt was misplaced by the shop and factory where stiching is done. Also they lie you when the item or fabric is misplaced. when I went to take suit with free shirt....the owner of the Factory promised me that he will give me the old fabric shirt but till today they have not given me. NEVER VISIT THIS RAYMOND STORE OF SECTOR 18 SITUATED BELOW SECTOR 18 METRO.

Worst stitching quality in noida - sector 18 , tailors are unprofessional , tend to alter dimensions, length etc. My normal sized trousers are converted to tight fit, i.e. I cant even sit while i am wearing these pants. Make sure you make a note of the length of cloth you gave and how much was consumed. I hope it might help, this store is deprecating raymond brand and repo in market.

I just want to share my pathetic feedback at Raymond Shop located in sector 18, Noida. For the 4th time, my trouser fitting was not up to mark. The tailors are not able to understand the issue( Yusuf and Mobeen). I got my another Raymond trouser to make them understand. I spent my 2 weekends to get this. This is totally unacceptable and not as per Raymon standards. I already logged a complaint using customer helpline with reference number MK190. Not sure if someone has taken any action.

Too expensive if you go for stitching.
They have one more option in ready-made is park avenue. Ready-made suits are more affordable then you go with stitching. In ready-made you easily get suits under 10 or 8 K , but when you go with stitching it will around 15K. 8K of clothes and 6K -7K for stitching.
So you have options buy clothes from there and stitches from where you want.
If you think this is too much then go to Karol baag or chandni chook for cheap brand or local one😂😂😁😀

Staff reluctant to give enough time and only show costly items. If you ask them thrice then only they will show you more items. Staff always busy. Tailor take 3-4 days just for alteration of trousers.
