I had a wonderful experience at this Raymond. They have a variety of great materials and an excellent stitcher. The entire staff was very well behaved, cordial and remained in contact giving regular updates throughout, especially Sagar, that is who I dealt with and I would recommend you to go to him.

I have been constant customer of Raymond and everytime had wonderful experience in the past however it was not the case when I visited Mall of India Made to Measure shop, tailors available at this shop are not very efficient and to be honest ruined my suit for which i spent good amount of money, also customer service is not a priority here, after pointing out error in the stitching of my suit I was assured that it will be fixed in 2 -3 days and that I will receive a call, as expected I had to call on fourth day and then they realized that they have to alter my suit, which was quite shocking as I never had such a bad experience in tailoring nor with customer service at Raymond.
In future i will absolutely refrain from this particular shop given the experience I had.

Terrible experience with them after buying a suit in just four days the suit got lints and they are least bother to reply on my complain…
The manger helped me but their is very poor response from the management side.
I have forward my complain to the higher management but they are least bother to reply on the same.
I hope the Raymond management senior people take a note on this and take little pain to reply on my mails and kindly replace the suit…

My recent visit to the Raymond showroom left me thoroughly disappointed. The customer service was subpar poor , lacking the basic courtesy and attention one expects from a brand of this stature. The quality of fitting was far from acceptable, showcasing a lack of attention to detail. The staff appeared inexperienced, contributing to an overall unpleasant shopping experience. I hope the showroom takes these points seriously and invests in training and quality improvements to uphold the reputation of such a renowned brand.

Terrible experience. I have been purchasing at Raymond’s for years now. However, their quality has dropped significantly. I am considering shifting to a different brand. They didn’t even have a simple black tie to show. The sales professionals there don’t really seem to know what they are doing. It’s sad to see such a magnificent brand go down like this

Worst Raymond shop. Staff here is not cooperative and of judging nature. They don’t attend you if you are not speaking in english or wearing nice clothes. They first judge you and then treat you accordingly.
I first waited for sometime to get someone attend me but they just handover me some picture books and vanished and then when 2 young men came in wearing nice suits and speaking in english, suddenly staff appeared and attended them and giving them full-time attention.
In India this kind of attitude is not acceptable. Never gonna visit them again and will suggest all of my connections to boycott such kind of brands.

Unlike other brands, neither do they have sample suits for trial nor they allow display pieces for trial. So one could never know how a particular suit looks like or whether it would look nice on oneself. Very tough to make up your mind !

Delivery is delayed by more than 10 days. The waistcoat is still undelivered and no one takes responsibility for that.
Please do not trust this particular store, their service is not worth the trust and money.
