Want to give 0 stars. Very bad experience. Would not recommend at all. Blouse stitching was not done according to measurement. There is no in house Tailor. They gave blouse very late and even alteration took more time still blouse was not proper. Had to give to another Tailor on last moment. Waste of money and charges are also high.

For my son's sacred Upanayan ceremony, we entrusted this so-called boutique in Nashik with the responsibility of delivering traditional attire. What followed was a series of false promises, complete lack of professionalism, and outright deceit. Despite giving them a generous 15-day window, the order was not completed, not communicated, and handled with shocking irresponsibility. We were misled not once, not twice, but three times, with hollow assurances and no intention of fulfilling the commitment. When we finally decided to cancel the order, they had the audacity to demand the original receipt — suddenly pretending to follow professional protocols that were conveniently missing throughout the process. This boutique claims to specialize in traditional tailoring, but their actions speak volumes about their utter disregard for a customer’s time, trust, and the emotional significance of the occasion. The entire experience was a mess of fake commitments, unkept deadlines, and a clear absence of accountability. Think twice — or better yet, avoid altogether — if you value professionalism, integrity, and peace of mind.

Disappointing Experience with Boutique I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this Devas. I had placed an order for ghagra stitching, but the master tailor made an error in the stitching. After trying it on, they assured me it would be repaired within half an hour. However, I waited for an hour and didn't receive the repaired ghagra. To make matters worse, they asked me to come back the next day, failing to meet their commitment not once, not twice, but three times. As a result, my entire day was wasted.
