Isha, Firstly we did not ruined anything but you ruined our trust We would like to clarify the facts for complete transparency. Firstly, we did not design or alter your ₹20000 lehenga. Our responsibility was only stitching the blouse, strictly as per the customisation you personally requested. During our discussion , you clearly mentioned that yours in-laws were not comfortable with a deep neckline,due to which you insisted shortening the existing ready made neck-design. We had professionally advised you to not to reduce the neckline, as adding patch could affect the overall look. Despite this advice, you chose to proceed with the patch work. The fabric attached near the neck was done only to meet your requirement of a shorter neckline, not as a design choice from our side. During the trial you stated that the blouse was fine and looking good, and you made the full payment at the trial itself. If the blouse was truly “ruined”or unacceptable, no customer would approve it or make payment ar that stage. As an optional finishing suggestion, we mentioned that simple moti work could help blend the patch better, which is a standard tailoring solution. This was only a suggestion, and we were open doing it for you if required. Posting a negative review after approving the blouse, making payment, and collecting it is misleading. Any professional tailor or designer will agree that altering a ready-made neckline against advice comes with aesthetic limitations, and responsibility for such decisions cannot be shifted later. For future reference we strongly recommend planning your budget and getting a fully customised blouse on your heavily costed lehenga as per your preferred neckline, instead of altering a ready made neck design later.
