Charges are high for Nasik for stitching but if you go for alterations after a year as your size changed they say come between June and August months. Other time no alterations even if it’s putting tucks on back side of your shirt or blazer or suit, you are ready to wait for a month & pay as you can understand but after sales no paid alterations except in monsoon 😟 why pay so high charges for no after sales paid service also better look for other good Tailor how will tell you these terms before you spend a bomb.

Though stitching quality is good, but the customer experience is very poor.
Employees are only focused on making sales and don’t care at all about customers after the purchase. I bought fabric and got a trouser stitched, and the very next day I noticed loose threads inside the trouser.
Instead of fixing it quickly, the salesperson asked me to leave the trouser to show to the company person which in reality not happened . 20 days there was no update from their side, which is unacceptable for such a small issue. Very disappointing after-sales service.

One of the oldest and finest tailoring shops in Nashik. I’ve been going there since my childhood. Earlier, the shop was on M.G. Road; now they’ve opened a large showroom on College Road. Ready made clothes are also available there. The quality of the clothes is excellent, which is why they are a bit expensive.

I am very disappointed with the service from DS Tailor. I have been a regular customer for over 20 years, and my entire family has been getting our clothes stitched here. Recently, I purchased expensive fabrics from DS Tailor and gave them for stitching.
At the time of delivery, I informed the master that the pant fitting and length were not comfortable. He told me to wear it once and said that after one wash they would do the necessary changes.
However, when I visited again for the refitting, the master refused to do the alterations, saying they were in a heavy season and would only make changes in the off-season. I was shocked by this response. I have even left four pants with them, but till date, I have not received any call or message regarding the alterations.
This kind of behavior and service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After being a loyal customer for two decades, I never expected such treatment. Not recommended at all.

Rude behavior of staff.
The person who sells the cloth has different selling points, while the person who measures denies all that the other staff says to sell the cloth to the customer.
The old man who measures is extremely rude. I havent come across such a self centered and rude person. Why is he even working and being entertained there. God knows. For sure custoemrs are having terrible experience interacting with him.

Not recommend!!! The basic tailoring skills are limited and if you go back to them for alterations they will try to modify your behaviour instead of modifying the cloth. overall not at all satisfied as it's a custom tailored outfit, it can be much much more comfortable but lack of skills or lack of intent is the main culprit .not at all worth for the amount you pay

I am surprised to see the behaviour of the staff and especially so called their so called master tailor.we had given n exact shirt as reference to stitch and still they made blunder. Master tailor ji was not even ready to listen to our request the need to modify their mistake. In fact he was scolding us that my life has gone in tailoring and all that stuff. Clearly Naam bade Darshan khote. Will not recommend for normal shirts stiching

Very unprofessional... one star is way too many star for this store. They have no respect for time of client. Tailors are also not skilled, you will have to keep doing multiple trails with no results. If you want to enjoy shopping and wedding experience, stay away from this store.

I bought a blazer from them, which needed some minor alteration. They took more than 10 days for the same. In between I lost the receipt and visited their shop to collect the Blazer. I told them about the same, the so called manager there is supposed to help customers in such cases. Whereas he very arrogantly and immediately said that you have to wait for half an hour. I asked them why so, he mentioned measurements are going on and it will take time. I did not see it was going on though. As everyone know they have computerised system and it takes hardly 20 secs to search a record. But there basic intention is to harass a customer who lost the card/receipt. So that next time they do not commit such mistake.
Staff there will talk to you very politely till you purchase something, you will feel like king but after that very unpleasant behavior. I felt like I made a big mistake. Though I will ensure I will not repeat the same. I hope owner Mr. Dilip will take a note of this and make changes in their system and make their staff behave like a gentleman. :(

I came to shop with intention to buy shirting and suitings for four or five dresses. In shirting deptt, the sales person was very reluctant to show the cloths. He was just pointing out towards glass showcase and asking us to choose from the distance of six feet. How one can select mere by watching the showcase? He was also asking us the colour or texture we want. Nobody is enteeing shop by deciding a perticular colour in mind. There is no use of only plush interior unless you offer a good service.
