I’ve been coming to Pehenava for a while now, and they never disappoint. The quality of the fabric and the precision of the tailoring are consistently excellent. It’s my first stop whenever I need to refresh my wardrobe or prep for an event. Highly recommended for every occasions

The alteration they did is of such poor quality that I cant even wear to the occasion without feeling embarrassed about it. I was rushed and hence I couldnt properly cross check the fit and the alteration quality. I wonder how they feel comfortable sewing such college level work. Beware also of promises of quick alterations in this season, all they care about is that you book. Their dates and quality dont align with your expectations. Really really disappointed and will never shop here again

Worst experience with them... I had a blouse to be stitched... they did not give me the blouse on time, and the fitting was absolutely wrong... my entire function wear was spoiled... do not rely on them.
Plus, the lady who took my blouse for stitching was not from Pehnava, and they informed me of this when I called them to ask if my blouse was ready. It is very disappointing. Please do not rely on them for any of your big functions.

Dont ever visit here tailor can destroy your dress fitting and don’t even care how expensive it is. Just over pried with 0 skilled labour dont even take proper measurements and not the fitting 4 times to fit a dress and then also illfitted waited for 2hrs. Dont even greet there customers and a women there was very rude and no manners

Do not buy from them.
I ordered a green suit from them on December 31st and was supposed to get the dress on Feb 1, and it's already Feb 10 and they still haven't delivered the dress.
Whenever we call, they tell us we'll call you back with details, and then never pick up.
Also if you are a plus size woman, they don't have much collection to begin with.
The staff member handling our billing incredibly rude and berating, constantly questioning if we were sure about the purchase, almost like she wanted us to back out. Ironically, I paid in full on the spot—only to be overcharged and treated poorly.
I'd recommend Sarees Niketan or Rajgharana or Shree Shivam, they have always delivered my clothes on time and have plenty to select from.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with unwelcoming attitudes and dismissive responses to my inquiries. Instead of receiving assistance, I felt like I was bothering them, which made the experience frustrating.
Not only did the staff lack basic courtesy, but their body language and tone were also off-putting. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism in a customer service environment. I left feeling undervalued and unlikely to return. I hope management addresses this issue, as a more respectful approach to customers can significantly enhance the overall experience.

Beautiful collection, worst stitching, pathetic service. Bought a dress worth Rs. 8000 but stitching quality is not even worth Rs. 500. The owner and people working there are sweet on the first day and turn a deaf ear to everything you say once you buy it. I went in for the dress at least 6 times still it is ill-fitted, stitching is such that one slight pull and it will come off. I thought I'd be recommending the store looking at the collection but their stitch quality and service is so bad that all of it is just not worth it.

Not the one to ever put a negative review but I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had the most horrible experience with this boutique. Had to make multiple visits to get issues with the outfits fixed, on one of the days - 4 times. They have the most obnoxious and rude staff, they talk back to the customer for no reason. Had explicitly asked to change zipper for all the outfits only for it to break on the day of the event. Not shopping from this place ever again.

I was told by my sister about Pehnava Boutique. I was concerned that the birthday dress shopping experience would be more stressful for both my sister and me. However Sonal is absolutely fabulous and extremely helpful. The boutique has a beautiful collection of dresses. We spent an hour and Sonal was so patient and pleasant. She picked out the most perfect dress for my sister. I enjoyed my experience here and would recommend Pehnava Boutique to anyone.

Overpriced and extremely unprofessional staff.
Before buying clothes they are extremely sweet and courteous, but once the payment is done you have to wait forever for alterations. My friend had to visit them twice for same alterations which should have been fixed in the very first visit.
Would not recommend them.

I have always been a fan of their collection, have shopped on multiple occasions and have recommended to many of my friends but today when i visited the store, the staff was straight face rude. After trying one dress i asked if i could see more options and all the guy said was no thats all we have. I thought may be i’m taking it in a wrong way so i insisted him to show me different colours n patterns but just got a cold shoulder.
