Very disappointed with his work. Instead of altering several expensive tops from the shoulder, as clearly instructed, he took the shortcut of merely running the machine down the sleeve and the length of the garment. Also, a pant was made too short. He spent hardly one minute going through the pile of garments for alternation and listening to my instructions.
