Irresponsible about work and doesn't take ownership, no proper communication with client not delivering the blouses on time, had to wait and sit till midnight for the work to get complete, initially they set very good expectation but doesn't act accordingly even though our house warming ceremony is the very next day the blouses were not ready on time inspite of giving for stitch earlier only

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this boutique and would not recommend it, especially for bridal outfits. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of communication from the designer. Our calls and messages were repeatedly ignored, and there was no effort to update us about the status of the outfit. As customers, we were left chasing information and constantly wondering whether the outfit would be ready on time. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable, especially when dealing with bridal orders where timelines are critical. As a bride, I trusted them with one of the most important outfits for my wedding, but the service was extremely unprofessional and stressful. Despite being given ample time to complete the stitching, the outfit was not ready even a day before my wedding. My family and I were forced to wait at the boutique throughout the entire night until the stitching was finally completed. Instead of spending those precious hours preparing for the wedding and being with family, we had to deal with unnecessary anxiety and uncertainty caused by their poor planning and lack of commitment to deadlines. Overall, this experience caused significant stress at a time that should have been joyful and memorable. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone looking for dependable service, particularly for wedding-related orders. I hope they improve their time management, customer communication, and professionalism so that future customers do not have to go through a similar experience.
