They are just money minded folks, they charge double the rate than else where but gives back poor quality, I have really had worst experience getting my clothes stiched here, they wont give the blouse on the date they say, upto some extent that is considerable, but even after week of end date if we call for the update, they would not have started to stich the blouse yet, and if we question that, we get their arrogance back. I dont know why they take measurements because everytime it wont fit until multiple alteration. Very badly maintained shop, no work ethics, Never gonna suggest this place to others. Lost so much of amount without happiness

My friend had a terrible experience with this boutique. She gave them two blouse pieces, one of which she needed for a CME event. She had handed over the fabric 10 days in advance, on August 10th, specifically requesting a princess-cut blouse. The tailors had promised to deliver the blouse by August 20th. However, when she went to collect it, they said it wasn’t ready. They kept making excuses until August 23rd, forcing her to repeatedly visit the shop. Even on the morning of the 23rd, they told her the stitching hadn’t started and asked her to come back in the evening. That evening, they informed her that they had lost the material. Since the CME was the next day, she insisted that she needed the blouse for the event. They then claimed to have found the fabric and somehow delivered the blouse that night. However, the blouse was not the princess cut she had asked for, leaving her extremely disappointed with their work. To make matters worse,for the second blouse, they cut off the extra fabric and then told her it was lost again.After all these,they had charged her Rs.2500 for the work done ,which is unacceptable.The behavior of Akul Creations was unprofessional and irresponsible. My friend had high expectations when she gave them the material, but due to their poor attitude and lack of commitment, we won’t be considering them for any future stitching work.

Went with a friend, This store has the ability to turn a beautiful product into an uncomfortable, irreparable piece of Garbage, with zero accountability and plenty of arrogance. If your material is expensive, please don't visit. If you found it on the road and want it converted to something probably a bit better, do visit.( Probably).

Lost my material and they let me know at 10.30pm on the due date. Had visited several time previously to remind them. They messed that piece up. Even then zero sense of responsibility . Later gave the same piece for alterations, lost that too. Messed up 2nd piece too. And at the time of billing stated bringing in new charges. NB:They have no idea what a princess cut looks like

Extremely poor service, the main fellow does not understand design given, you have to explain many times, finally he delivers a normal blouse which is no where near your given design. That too after many remainder s . Poor and arrogant communication with customers. Very bad experience. Don't even feel like giving one star
