Recently I twice had the worst experience with Looms tailors. So just want to warn the next client to be ready for such low service here. I’m a foreigner, so I ordered not Indian style of wear, so that’s my context, maybe they do Indian stuff better. First, communication - they barely talk English and even don’t try to understand you. So usually I came with my Indian friend to translate everything. Second - duration. Each time they told me that it will take more than two weeks! But then I understood that all that time they weren’t doing anything 😯 and started to work just one day before mentioned time. Once I ordered, waited for a few weeks, then came to grab the finished piece just to be told that it’s not possible to stitch it, because of fabric. So it took two weeks for them and as result they just returned a fabric 😡 They had my phone number all this time. Next time they did the same, two weeks I was waiting for a new order, I came at the mentioned date but they even didn’t start to work on it. They didn’t call, nothing. All these times they took as an example a ready piece of clothing, so I didn’t have it to wear. Each time I order the same thing so by now they should have learned how it’s done. Officially it’s the worst service in Mysore that I’ve experienced. I totally do not recommend to go here if you want to have your order done in time with nice communication. And the result is still not perfect with high prices 🙁
