Couturier

My father had given 2 suits and 1 shirt for stitching (material purchased by us from elsewhere). Due to Covid-19, my father doesn't venture out as yet and asked me to pick the clothes up for him since the store called to say the clothes were ready. After picking up the clothes and taking them home, my father tried them and the stictching was completely messed up, possibly the worst tailored suits we have ever witnessed. The shirt was fine, but just as good as any ordinary tailor in the market (without a proper shop) would stitch. When i went back to explain the situation, i made sure to explain politely about the issue. The person I spoke to started raising his voice at me and said that they hadn't made any mistake and refused to hear any feedback from me. He was beyond rude and said that they cannot fix the suit, once delivery was done. I tried to reason and told him that I was shocked with his response. But to no avail. I am still shocked when I think about the extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour, besides the horrible tailoring. When I explained this situation to few friends, 2 of them (who live very close to the store in santacruz), told me they had faced similar experiences at the store in the past. I urge everyone not to make the mistake of going to Couturier to get anything stitched. There are tons of other options out there. I am certain that most of the reviews on here are fake reviews posted by Couturier's own people. I wont be surprised if they have their own people post some positive reviews after reading my review. Hope y'all learn from my horrible experience and act wisely.
