The master Rajaram was absolutely amazing while taking my measurements. I wasn’t sure how it will turn out, but it’s turned out really good. Infact I didn’t want to take a trial after my suit had arrived, but he insisted on trying it out. He was so happy with the output that he took pictures to show to the next customers.

Very stressful experience. Mediocre service at best.
For a tailor made suit I could have achieved a better fit off the rack from a reputable tailor in the UK for half the price.
They initially told me to not fasten my jacket top button in order to achieve a better fit. They were unaware that Western fashion dictates that the bottom button is to be unfastened - not the top.
When my suit arrived in the store the tailor tried to convince me no adjustments were necessary. However, all tailor made suits require adjusting. Mine was a special case as it required three, however I only had time for two.
The icing on the cake was when they tried to convince me a clip-on bow tie was superior to a self tie. Being versed in donning a self tie bow tie I had to explain to them why this was not the case and that the imperfect fit of the latter only adds to the character and demonstrates a degree of class.
All in all manage your expectations and proceed with caution or better visit your nearest Zara store instead

By far we found this store most comforting in terms of service, approach and collection....
However one major reason why we prefer this store to any other is that the master has to be good, in our case we got Rajaram who was excellent! It is only because of him that we got our suit so well done! The previous master had ruined the the suit but Rajaram came and altered it so well in one day( that too on his day off) !
Frankly we would have written off MTM if he wasn't there ...
A note to the organisation as well, kindly keep him to eternity and treat him extremely well

Unethical and shady business dealings
I got a custom suit, an expensive enough one that I was told it included two accessories. I ordered the suit, and it came in about two weeks later. When I picked up the suit, I thought I was going to pick up the two accessories (ties) but was told that I could select only from 4 out of the 70 ties on display. That was not said at the time of purchase and there was nothing in the order form stating such. They said the 66 other ties were “new stock” and did not qualify. They were not new stock they just replace the tags every few days to claim that. I found ties with two tags (old and new) and the same tie one with a new tag and the other with the old.
This place is just unethical. Spend your time and money somewhere else.

They call it "made to measure" and delivery quality. So disappointed with their so called bespoke tailoring.
A simple waist coat jacket most inappropriately fitted and despite going over for 5 trials - they couldn't get the fitting.
The cut is like a sack, the lapels don't sit well and the front is all crumpled and unclean.

Please avoid. They take orders for stitching and ensure availability of all the fabric that we choose and then after 2 days they call to say fabric is defective/not available. And when i ask for a refund since they are not able to provide the service they promised, they say refund not possible and i can buy anything else for that amount. This is the new way of fleecing customers. I expect better service and behaviour from a brand like raymond since there prices are also exorbitant.

Post taking order they inform the fabric not available in Bangalore. And then we hv no choice but to go and select another one and compromise. Also they don’t check before delivering. My cream shirt had all ball pen mark on sleeve. Very unprofessional.

I booked trousers two months ago . Foolishly paid entire cost as advance . After that I made 3 visits and and every time they tried to pass off defective piece . I refused to undergo further torture and sought refund . They are not responding now . Even their so called email helpline does not respond . I May now file police complaint . Can there be worst service than this
