I have taken service from Malika Tailor around 4 times, but every time there has been some issue with the stitching. Whenever I point out the problem, the master refuses to correct it and instead starts arguing or shouting.
The customer service here is extremely poor, and the behavior is very rude and unprofessional. Many times, he even insults customers in front of others, which is very disrespectful.
My overall experience has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend this tailor to anyone.

Their services are becoming bad and bad. They forget the agreed design and spoil clothes. Even after multiple visits they can't fix the issue. The shop owner doesn't even feel bad after spoiling expensive clothes.

I had a very bad, horrible and humiliating experience at Malika Tailor. The stitching on my suit was very bad, but what made it worse was the terrible behavior of the master ji. When I tried to explain the issue politely, he didn’t listen at all and was rude to me. Instead of helping, he was arrogant and completely unprofessional.
It’s clear from other reviews that I’m not the only one who had a bad experience with him. The stitching is poor, but the attitude of the staff makes it worse. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had one of the most disappointing and humiliating experiences with Mallika tailor.
I had requested for a kurta with a collar to be made but it was done in a completely shabby manner. When I pointed out the issues, the tailor refused to acknowledge any fault whatsoever. Instead of addressing the mistakes, he dismissed my concerns with an insulting tone that was both condescending and offensive.
I was spoken to in a way that felt deliberately humiliating—mocked in front of other customers and made to feel as if I were the problem for expecting a basic standard of quality and respect.
This is not just a matter of poor tailoring—it’s a complete lack of customer service and common decency. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value respectful treatment and quality workmanship.

Super fitting and fine designs. Now they also have dress materials, dresses, undergarments, matching cut pieces and blouses too.

Tried stitching a western gown here. They didn’t have the expertise to do so, even then took up the job at hefty price. The gown came out to be really bad. This when accompanied with rude behaviour make the matter worse. Would highly recommend against this place.

Apparently the best Tailor who could make the logo and the dressing so well of my kids . Am really happy with their service and the fit he has given for a very expensive material of my kids uniform . The main owner of the shop is the person who is very amazing at his creativity and puts in hard work and dedication for the overall look of the dresses

The main owner of the shop is extremely rude in his behaviour. He has insulted me on account of extra payment he has taken and when I asked for a refund. I went today after almost a year’s time, he flatly refused to take any tailoring work for me by saying he has lot of work. Net net not a great place to get your things stitched. I would not recommend.

Never give expensive material to them. They will just spoil it. I have a blouse just to attach. Material was silk. Just to attach sleeve the guy cut it from bottom part of sleeve and when I got back the product, it was damaged. I seriously advise not to give anything that's expensive. If it's cotton myt be better. They show u many designs ... I had bad experience 2 times.

Extremely rude . The owner was not available and his son is managing the shop. He is very ill mannered and crass. Pricing is as good as a boutique but the service and stitching quality is below average.

Very bad experience.They are Ok for blouse stiching but they destroyed my 1 suit completely(It was expensive ). Neither the neck of the kurti was in place nor any fitting was there.Even when given for alteration , they did nt take it on priority.I had to go many times to get back my suit and still not much was changed.Very unhappy with their service

Out of 25 items given for stitching (by my wife), only 10 were up to the mark ….and that too after spending Petrol worth Rs 500 within Powai (had to go to the shop 4-5 times while 15 items are still to be amended).
Won’t recommend Mallika tailors now. It’s hay days are gone !!!

Conveniently located for people staying in and around Powai, Chandivali, this outlet is over 2 decades old. Has tailoring facilities in all its varieties for ladies,kids . Well trained Skilled staff, polite and obliging. Neat lay out..

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Delivery is the biggest issue. I have called 8 to 10 times to confirm for the delivery. After saying its done on the call it was not complete. Also one of my latkan from lehenga is missing and they were not accepting it.
