We had a terrible experience with this men’s clothing shop. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone—save yourself the frustration and go somewhere more professional. We gave them a blazer and pant for stitching, and not only did they overcharge but the service was extremely poor from start to finish. They promised timely delivery but completely failed to keep their word and we had to make other arrangements of clothes for the function in which my husband was supposed to wear it. Every time we called to ask if the trial piece is ready they said we will check and call you back and never gave a call back. We were asked to visit the shop twice for trials, yet the trial piece still wasn’t ready even after passing the delivery date. In the end, they went ahead and stitched it without taking any proper trial, and the fitting turned out really bad. We had to give it back again for alterations and then after all our functions were done we received the blazer.
On top of that, instead of taking responsibility, the staff argued with us making multiple excuses and they had the audacity to say we don’t charge high rates and made us run back and forth between their two different shops, wasting our time and energy.

Worst material clothes they have. I took jacket set from there which was worth rs 6000 i was told we are running discount and it will cost me around rs 4000 and i fall into it and purchased. I wore it for half a day only and pant got tored. Today when i went to them they are saying we can only do a favor on you by giving off white pant instead of peach colour pant. This is how in the name of sales they are cheating with customer. Please dont fall in this sales trap and buy anything from them.

It's a boutique to buy mens clothing of all types. Casual shirts, full suits and Indian Ethnic wear for men is available here. A large variety of designs and a riot of colours! It is an appropriate place to buy clothes for weddings as well as for large or small business get togethers.

I’ve shopped at this place in 2022 and 2023 for a couple family weddings. They’re very reasonable and customer friendly folks. I’ve mostly found designs and colours that are trendy and still priced reasonably. They’re very flexible with trying you the right fit and will work with you to make it a worthwhile experience. I’ve also had a challenge when one of their tailors had to leave and passed on the job to another, which messed up my fit. But the shop was more than accommodating to help me get the right fit and then when I was still not satisfied, they let me pick another pricier design for the same price. I don’t see this often in this market. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to shop Indian traditional & wedding wear.

Worst service for alteration of kurtas. I went twice to collect. One round, clothes were not ready, even though I called before going there. I Second round alternations we’re done incompletely.
Communication is not clear. After paying money, I have been told that I won’t be receiving pajamas for my kurta which were around Rs. 3000.
