I can confidently say Jethava is a true master of men’s suits. I had no previous experience with this shop; I just walked in during the busiest time of Diwali. From the moment I entered, I felt welcomed and understood. Akshok Ji promised and delivered my suits on time. Their advice on fabrics and cuts was spot-on, and they recommended subtle details like lapel width and button placement that made a big difference in the final look.
The fittings were meticulous. They precisely adjusted everything from sleeve length to trouser break, ensuring the suit drapes perfectly.
Beyond the suit itself, what stands out is the personal service. The team is friendly. Akshok Ji takes his own sweet time to make every small adjustment.
Finding a tailor who combines skill, attention to detail, and genuine care for the customer experience is rare.
Now, it’s been a few years since I’ve had a collection of suits from Jethava. It’s worth the price for the service. I don't understand why people write negative reviews.

I got two formal trousers tailored from this place. I found them a bit tightly stitched and went back to request some changes so that they are a comfortable fit. The person told me that he does not have workers to make the alterations and the workers will be back by Diwali.
It is difficult for me to believe that this man who owns/runs two establishments does not have a couple of workers to help his customer. I did not expect him to work for free and he could have asked for a fee of alteration. But to say that he does not have anyone to work for next month sounds like a lie.
I will not recommend Jethva Clothiers as from my experience they do not care about customers and will not help with any alterations required.

Ladies! I would NOT recommend this place for your blouse stitching! Jethva tailor ruined my blouse meant for a very important event. Their tailor took my measurements but the back was deeper than measured. When I told him my plight, he was like "aapne jitna bola, Maine Kiya". I distinctly remember that while he was taking the measurements, I ensured it wasn't too deep and I remember him saying "Patti nahi dikhega." But that was the exact issue and he never admitted his mistake but shamelessly blamed it on me (why would any women stitch the blouse so deep such that the brassiere is seen?!? We like to show off the blouse design, not the brassiere!!!). My experience with them was very bad.
And then when I gave the same blouse for correction, he made it worse.
If there was an option for 0 star, I'd happily give that.
